Front service was good. The room that I stayed, AC was nice and cool except it had very loud noice all night ,so we cannot sleep very well. Bathroom had a lot of dust in the corner of the bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfy. Overall for me, it’s ok to stay except AC sound in my room that was very loud.

I was expecting a but better than what I got. The property was renovated pretty recently yet the rooms felt more like motel level. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

Stayed here with my mom, it’s in a great location close to downtown. Very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast is included, and there is EV charging

The air conditioning sounded as if there was a hair dryer on all night. My daughter slept right threw it. I did not. I mentioned the issue to the front desk and all the guy said was "you should have told us and we could have moved you". I explained to him that my daughter was sleeping and I was not going to wake her. Rudely he said the same thing over and over. The worst customer service EVER.

Everything about this hotel was superb, from the comfort and spaciousness and modern amenities in the room to the super friendly staff and reasonable pet fee.

The room I stayed was very clean, it had 2 windows, one with the view of the hills behind the property. The location was perfect, close to Cal Poly and everything else you need.

The hotel is nice and brand new. Check-in was overstimulating. There was a lot going on; lots of loud kids, not a parent in sight and I cod barely here the guy at the front desk. Rooms ar clean but the rooms have no carpet, so cold floors, and bathroom amenities were cheap.

Front desk service was excellent with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Would stay again if we visit slo in future.

Very disrespectful / dishonest front desk staff at check in, the man checking us in was ok but I was told they only had one room of my kind left so I had no choice but to take it. Upon going up to see the room, the bathroom door handle was broken, balcony door didn’t lock and was falling off the frame and there were giant holes in the bedsheets on both beds. This is where the lie came out. The maintenance guy told me they had a lot of other rooms of my kind available. They tried moving me to one across the hall that was dated and dirty upon entering, only had a small standing balcony (no room for chairs or table), I called right back down and asked for my original room back. Wake up calls did not work 2 out of the 3 nights which was disappointing. Breakfast was also extremely disappointing - pancakes, waffles, toast, bacon and juice were all I enjoyed. The eggs were watery and repulsive and the sausage was slimy. A special thank you to Raphael at the front desk and the head house keeper who allowed me to check out at 2pm so I had a safe place to stay while awaiting my Amtrak train! As a young girl traveling alone, this meant a lot to me!

The bed was amazing. The TV didn’t work well. Breakfast in the morning was extended longer then most hotels. Heater worked great. Felt safe and as a solo travel thst was important.
