The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog. Safe and secure. Amenities include: 60" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and many DVDs. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup remover. Hair dryer and curler. I have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, washer and dryer supplies. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and hangers. Ironing board and iron. My space would work well for a visiting nurse, an adjunct professor or business person who needs a place a couple evenings a week.
