Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Удобно расположенный отель, завтрак с хорошим выбором, душ со слабым напором и долгое нагревание воды, затхлый запах в номерах (нужен ремонт и покраска), внимательное обслуживание, короче говоря, это хороший вариант размещения, но его можно улучшить.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Tolle Lage direkt am belebten Strand. Durch eine Bucht ist das Wasser dort angenehm zum schwimmen. Zimmer geräumig und bequem ausgestattet. Frühstück mit Terrasse, quasi am Pool. Tolle Gartenlage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Отель расположен в отличном месте, но об окружающей среде не заботятся. Ему нужно больше ценить туристов. Речь идёт не только о зарабатывании денег, но и об удовлетворенности клиентов, ведь мы передаём другим то, что видели и пережили сами... и, что ещё хуже, не возвращаемся и не рекомендуем этот отель другим. Реде Андраде нужно многому научиться в плане обслуживания гостей...

Номер просторный и чистый, кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества, кондиционер работает хорошо и тихо, завтрак просто отличный с отличным кофе и выдающимися предложениями, регистрация быстрая и дружелюбная. Хотелось бы остаться в Novotel Salvador подольше. Мы заказали ризотто с морепродуктами в ресторане, и оно было очень щедрым с морепродуктами, но приготовление заняло около часа, так что возьмите с собой книгу, если вы планируете поужинать здесь.

Adorei.A localização é excelente assim como o atendimento,a estrutura e limpeza. Vou deixar duas observações mas que de forma alguma diminuem a experiência que foi espetacular.É que sempre pode melhorar. Mas poderiam mudar a esteira da academia.Bao dava pra correr.Era muito estreita e instável.Pode até causar acidente. O outro ponto é o barulho com as conversas dos funcionários em horários bem cedo comopor ex, antes das 07h da manhã.Ali próximo da lavanderia e por onde passam os funcionários alguns paravam ali próximo de alguns quartos e conversavam bem alto que dava pra ouvir nos quartos.Apenas essa orientação para evitar conversas altas até um determinado horário .Ficavam rindo e tal.Acho que nem se tocaram.Com toda a certeza voltarei a ficar hospedada no hotel.A minha avaliação é 9 por causa desse detalhe do barulho próximo ao quarto.

What a wonderful stay at Casa Imbale! It's  a cozy beach house, and  Conrado, a very-friendly Italian owner and all his staff, will insure you'll feel comfortably at home. A perfect location by the palm-tree lined  Imbassai beach;  a very delicious tropical breakfast  with lots of daily treats, served daily at the garden.  The rooms are cleaned daily. The facilities are modest and functional, but the warm and genuine Brazilian-style hospitality is a  luxury, a gift, a traveling experience you'll  enjoy, treasure and share, as I did! I'll sure return!

Decent but not worth the price   The hotel is OK overall, but it doesn’t really deliver what it costs. The breakfast and pool area are nice, but the new towel system — where they leave only two pool towels per room — is really inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible and works only about half the time, which makes it frustrating if you need to stay connected. The property itself is clean but long overdue for an upgrade. With better maintenance and service improvements, it could justify its rates, but right now it falls short.
