I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et incontournable toutefois le réseau wifi ne passe pas dans tout l'hôtel et est très instable. Obligé d'aller au Lobby pour connecter son portable ou ordi portable. J'avais déjà eu ce problème au mois de Mars et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Attention la Cop 30 arrive avec beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire. Faudra résoudre ca rapidement et dans tout l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un hotel que je recommande particulièrement

Great stay! Always looked for an Ibis at the town and now I’m hoping to stay here very often on my business travels. It is an hotel where you know what to look for, how it works, simplicity but at the same time functionality.

Not hot water in the showers but staff are friendly

Quartos standard com ar condicionado muito antigo e quarto antigo, foi solicitamos a troca de quarto e pagamos para uma quarto renovado, fora isso ótimo atendimento da Amanda e café maravilhoso.

O hotel possui instalações muito antigas pelo menos nos quartos terreos, ar condicionado pessimo de regular e nao fornecem edredom. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom.

Отель очень удачно расположен, номера просторные, завтрак богатый и состоит из качественных продуктов, а персонал очень дружелюбный. Господин Дульсивальдо очень эффективно и радушно организует завтраки для гостей; все это сделало наше пребывание в Белеме приятным воспоминанием.

O Hotel tem um bom atendimento, o atendente do bar em especial muito solícito.

Отель расположен около аэропорта. В номере чисто, уютно. Заботливый персонал. Хороший завтрак. Хороший бассейн. Рекомендую.
