Он внимательно проверил информацию о моем бронировании при регистрации и даже напомнил нам о времени отправления автобуса до горнолыжного курорта – это было так мило с его стороны! Он был эффективен и терпелив во время регистрации, а когда узнал, что мы группа, любезно организовал для нас размещение на одном этаже и даже предоставил пароль от Wi-Fi в номере. Даже когда мы вернулись поздно ночью, стойка регистрации все еще ярко светилась – браво ему! Удобства отеля и так превосходны, а такое теплое обслуживание действительно заставило меня почувствовать себя как дома. В следующий раз, когда я буду кататься на лыжах в Алтае, я обязательно снова выберу этот отель и порекомендую его своим друзьям!

Мы доехали на метро от аэропорта Урумчи до торгового центра Grand Baaza. Отсюда можно взять такси до отеля. Это всего 2 км, мы предпочли пройтись пешком. Это заняло у нас 40 минут. Когда идешь пешком до здания отеля, его внешний вид не кажется таким уж грандиозным. Нас приятно удивил дружелюбный персонал, который помог нам заселиться. Это был красивый, чистый и стильный номер. Все окна, свет и музыка можно было закрывать по команде 🤭. Еще один приятный сюрприз – горничная принесла нам в 9 вечера спа-процедуру для ног. А рядом со зданием отеля есть хорошая улица с едой. Мы очень довольны нашим пребыванием в течение 3 дней и 2 ночей. Замечательно и комфортно. Спасибо. .

Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me. We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

Из окна открывался вид на закат реки Или, что было невероятно приятно по утрам. Большие панорамные окна открывали захватывающий вид. Персонал на стойке регистрации был дружелюбным и эффективным, регистрация прошла быстро, и они активно рекомендовали местные рестораны и достопримечательности. We were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and very modern style of this boutique B&B hotel! We received a first class welcome from the staff and a welcome tray, with refreshing herbal tea and snacks, that was served on the patio of our room with a stunning view of the adjacent river valley. So relaxing just sitting there in our room's deck chairs sipping tea! The whole property felt brand new and very well appointed based on the vision of its architect owner. The special chicken based hotpot dinner they served us in the restaurant was a feast of a meal for 2. The room amenities included a hanging swing chair that was positioned to take advantage of the view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and valley beyond it. We didn't have a TV in the room but we did not miss it, after dark we both enjoyed relaxing reading the books we brought with us. We enjoyed a personalized breakfast before having to leave early the next day, with regrets that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend this modern but relaxing boutique hotel, especially if you have time to stay a few days.
