Удобства: Полный и удобный Гигиена: Очень хорошо, чисто и гигиенично, лучше было бы больше банных принадлежностей. Окружающая среда: Элегантная и удобная. Напротив есть магазин, и это нормально. Сервис: профессиональный и полный энтузиазма, обслуживание хорошее и дружелюбное.

Отличный отель и отличное обслуживание. Отдельное спасибо Луису Альберто Перейре, водителю отеля. Отель расположен напротив промышленной зоны, поэтому здесь шумно. В номере не было туалетных принадлежностей; их нужно было доплатить. Бар работает по сокращенному графику, а завтрак очень скудный.

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Здесь оживленно, но тихо. Когда вы выходите, идите на правую сторону улицы, поверните налево, а затем пройдите недалеко от Музея золота. Когда вы выйдете, идите прямо. вверх по левой стороне, и вы можете идти по дороге к станции канатной дороги. Завтрак в ресторане хороший, а персонал мужского пола за стойкой очень компетентный. Хотя он не понимает языка, его улыбка очень дружелюбная.

Останавливались в отеле между рейсами. Нас встретил бесплатный трансфер от отеля, а на следующий день отвёз обратно в аэропорт. Заселили раньше положенного времени, даже просить не пришлось. Отлично выспались перед длительным перелётом на удобных подушках и матрасе. Завтрак тоже отличный. Рекомендую.

Расположенный в престижном офисном здании в богатом районе, этот объект недвижимости отличается безопасной, чистой и изысканной атмосферой. На нижнем этаже находятся японский, мексиканский и южноамериканский рестораны, что делает его очень удобным. Обслуживание вежливое и внимательное. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

Siempre me había sentido muy bien en este hotel, todo el mundo había sido tan gentil y respetuoso hasta hoy 3 de diciembre 2023 en la salida, cuando la vulgar y desagradable recepcionista ante un error que no cometimos nosotros, pues según ella el pago no se había hecho previamente al check in iba a llamar a la policía, el día que ingresamos preguntamos si el pago se había hecho y nos dijeron que sí. Nosotros entonces propusimos que nos enviaran un link de pago pero no lo hicieron para realizarlo y no lo hicieron, en cambio esta tipa se portó cual verdulera, gritándonos y amenizándonos delante de los otros huéspedes que hacían su check out, definitivamente no es una persona apta para tratar con humanos, no conoce de decencia menos de atención al cliente. Se supone que en una recepción debe estar una persona eficiente y respetuosa, pero esta señora no tiene un ápice de decencia ni de educación. Bueno por otro lado quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la chica encargada del restaurante Dyana quien si debería estar en un cargo como recepción ya que es la persona más decente y amable, siempre pendiente de todo y con todo su carisma se lleva mi 10/10, este si es personal de calidad, igual para Carlos él botones quien está colmado de amabilidad y eficiencia. Les recomiendo ser más eficientes en proporcionar. A sus clientes varias alternativas de pago, en un domingo no había nadie que habilitara un link de pago ni quien vigilara l seguridad del hotel
