Недавно мы останавливались в отеле Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre и были впечатлены от начала до конца ⭐. Расположение не может быть более удобным 📍. Он находится в самом центре города, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от станции New Street, торгового центра Bullring, The Mailbox и множества ресторанов и баров. Благодаря этому передвигаться по Бирмингему было невероятно легко, и мы могли наслаждаться временем, не беспокоясь о транспорте 🚆🛍️. Наш номер был безупречно чистым 🧼 и в хорошем состоянии, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Кровать была очень удобной 🛏️, интерьер — современным, а удобства в номере, включая чай и кофе ☕, сейф и туалетные принадлежности, были хорошего качества. Мы также оценили мелочи, которые сделали номер уютным и практичным как для деловых путешественников, так и для туристов. Удобства в отеле были превосходными. Мы воспользовались услугами бара и лаунж-зоны 🍹, где царила непринужденная атмосфера и было приветливое обслуживание. Завтрак был настоящей изюминкой 🍳🥐: свежий, обильный и вкусный, с широким выбором горячих и холодных блюд на любой вкус. Всё было в наличии даже в часы пик, а персонал был внимательным, но не навязчивым 😊. В целом, наше пребывание было комфортным, приятным и приятным. Идеальное расположение, чистые и хорошо оборудованные номера, хорошие удобства и великолепный завтрак делают этот отель отличным выбором для посещения Бирмингема 🌆. Мы с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и можем с уверенностью рекомендовать его всем, кто собирается посетить этот город 👍

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Поэтому я спросила, могу ли я заселиться раньше, примерно в полдень, и мне с радостью согласились, однако я решила оставить багаж и пойти на встречу. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный, и у меня была, как обычно, дополнительная просьба — номер с видом на канал. К сожалению, мне дали номер на противоположной стороне от того, что я запрашивала, но я вернулась на ресепшн, и сотрудники очень помогли мне решить этот вопрос, и, возможно, мне дали правильный номер.

Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.  The biggest disappointment was breakfast - we saw photo in the lift and it looked great especially as my daughter is dairy free. However there were no blueberries or raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and when we pointed this out the lady behind reception said it was a case of false advertising - nothing was offered as compensation so all in all very disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

Я забронировал номер на три ночи, так как у меня были дела в этом районе. Из-за недавнего неудачного опыта с бюджетным отелем я думал, что за более высокую цену получу лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Я ошибался. Очень посредственное обслуживание, маленький номер, неприятный запах и ограниченный набор удобств. За те деньги, что я заплатил, я ожидал лучшего. Хотя персонал был услужливым.

The Ramada Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean, the view was incredible, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. We highly recommend it.
