Обслуживание в Taj Tirupati было исключительным. Это второй раз, когда я останавливаюсь здесь. Не было абсолютно ни одной проблемы, которая не была бы решена своевременно и с удовлетворительными результатами, особенно повышение моей категории и удовлетворение моих потребностей. Качество обслуживания и общее позитивное отношение к моему пребыванию удовлетворяют меня, чтобы вернуться и остановиться в Taj Tirupati всякий раз, когда я нахожусь в Тирупати. Обычно я предлагаю предложения по улучшению, но нет абсолютно ничего, что можно было бы улучшить — вы установили очень высокую планку». Это было счастливое пребывание.

An excellent location, next to Raidurg Metro Station which is in the heart of the hub of pharma and IT. Walking distance from Inorbit Mall and street food around.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.

Прошло несколько дней, и мой индийский друг дважды позвонил на стойку регистрации. Получил ответы: «Вышлю как можно скорее» и «Вышлю сейчас», но на почту так и не пришло ничего… Пишу письмо в службу поддержки отеля… ответа нет. Затем снова позвонил через бесплатный звонок по ссылке trip.com в Countryard Hyderabad… наконец-то получил счета за 1 минуту… Интересно, что будет с этим 4-звездочным отелем, если у него такой сервис…

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all. The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day. The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though. The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning. I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression. Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff. Would recommend for short stay.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
