Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

Een motel die wel een update kan verdienen maar schoon en prima bedden. Met zelfs een uitgebreid ontbijt als het om Amerikaanse begrippen gaat.
Vriendelijke mensen bij inchecken en ontbijt. Prima motel om onderweg naar de Grand Canyon te overnachten of tijdens reis over Route 66.
Ik heb in het hotel overnacht tussen bezoek Grand Canyon Zuid naar Grand Canyon West.

A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.
Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip.
We would not return to this hotel based on our experiences at the restaurant.

Well the hotel was clean but could certainly use a refresh. Carpet is old shower had some mildew stains. And one minor point you listed that for the price it included breakfast. It did not

The website that secured our reservation was for a King Sized Suite, but when we got there the hotel told us that us.trip.com stated 'whatever available', even though our res was for a King. Anyways - the staff made some phone calls and we lucked out because someone cancelled at the last second and they got us our room we originally ordered. It was stunning and we will be back, just not thru us.trip.com.

Отличное расположение на берегу озера Пауэлл. Бассейны хорошие — их два, — но один из них плохо работает. 10/10 за вид на озеро Пауэлл из общей зоны.
Однако отель немного обветшалый… номера чистые, но очень устаревшие и нуждаются в надлежащем ремонте.
Расположение посреди пустыни также означает наличие диких животных в номере — мне пришлось столкнуться с очень ядовитым древесным скорпионом. Я спросил об этом на ресепшене, но оказалось, что никто не смог помочь… Если вы недостаточно смелы, возможно, лучше избегать этого места.
Из номера открывался вид на пристань. Но это не то, на что я рассчитывал — я искал номер с видом на озеро. Возможно, нужно улучшить описание.

Pprof. RobertoLocated a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.

ГГостьSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.

NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

Services: the door to the bathroom was very tough, so tough that we did not manage to close it. Asked for help, engineer fixed something and it was a bit better, but still very hard to open and close.
We asked for daily housekeeping, but it was not done. We were forced to ask new towels urgently (need to take a shower fast to catch the next event).
Breakfast is average. It feels like everything except special menu is cooked somewhere and brought to the hotel - does not taste fully fresh. I have prepaid breakfast, but was charged for one (we stayed 2 nights). Now I am dealing with hotel to cancel this charge.
Very noisy fromplanes taking off and landing in Phoenix Sky Harbor.
As for amenities. They give you a pouch of lavender every evening and aromatic salt for shower - very nice.
Parking. When I booked it was stated $18 (+tax). In reality, it was $20+tax.
Honestly, for Marriott and 4 stars, this stay was in overall quite disappointing. I hope I will manage to fix my extra charges, but will think twice whether to book this hotel again.

ГГость房間很大，都是套房，房間裏微波爐、小烤箱、鍋碗瓢盆、洗碗機俱全，對家庭度假比較友好。酒店裡有小童遊樂泳池、健身房、酒吧等，可惜我們衹住一天，無福享受。出門就是倫敦橋以及湖邊trail，離state park, SARA park 都不遠。免費停車場。房間不含早餐。缺點是wifi 可真難用啊，總是連不上，註冊了郵箱後就收到廣告郵件，不太適合商務旅行

ГГостьThe location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

MMagdalena LillaAbsolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground
