Квинсленд, Австралия: отели на тему «Пляж»

Комната очень просторная, есть открытая кухня. Диван в гостиной можно использовать как кровать. Недалеко от двери находится станция легкорельсового транспорта, небольшой супермаркет и несколько ресторанов, а по диагонали напротив — здание Q1. Стойка регистрации находится на втором этаже. Когда мы приехали, был вечер, и стойка регистрации уже не работала. На первом этаже был оставлен номер телефона охранника, и он пришлет ключ от номера. Для семейной поездки лучше остановиться в более просторном номере. В целом я доволен. Самое неприятное в Брисбене - это WHSmith в аэропорту. Я хотел вернуть карту Go, когда уезжал, но сотрудники равнодушно сказали, что лимит на карте возврата уже полон, и я не могу ее вернуть. . .

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Had to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it. The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it. The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee) I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us. The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice. The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water. They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

В целом, мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием — настолько, что нам показалось, что стоило бы продлить его еще на одну ночь. Настоятельно рекомендуем этот отель за комфорт, удобство и отличное обслуживание.

Расположение отличное, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пирса, центрального торгового центра и других мест; обслуживание хорошее, стойка регистрации активно реагирует на потребности гостей; номера удобны, гигиена хорошая. В целом, очень хорошее место для отдыха. Останавливались на три ночи.

Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC. Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool. Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.
