Great location. All ocean view. Hotel is quite old. Hot tub was closed. Unfortunately our room was right beside the laundry room and the washing machines were super loud. Friendly staff.

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте и предлагает удобную парковку для тех, кто приезжает на автомобиле. Персонал на ресепшене приветлив и услужлив, предоставляет информацию о близлежащих достопримечательностях и карты с четкими указаниями. В ресторане отеля подают вкусные блюда и щедрые порции. До центра города, где вы найдете большой супермаркет, McDonald's, а также японские и корейские рестораны, всего 3 минуты езды – очень удобно.

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

We had king room for a long weekend vacation and got upgraded to the tent. Muyzz was super helpful and friendly in assisting us with checking in and everything. Tubird restaurant was surprisingly good. I highly recommend the bacon and egg croissant.

The room we got is very spacious and has a very nice view. The hotel is clean and well managed. The hotel is close to some of the most popular wineries in West Kelowna so it is very convenient. Will come back again.

Very nice hotel with good location..and view of the Fraser River...kind welcome from the receptionnist with a gift by check in...bottle of water ,& chocolate. Enjoy your stay & chlill and discover this beauty hotel

Well let's put it this way, you don't go to this Hotel for a fancy hotel, you go for the hot springs. The facilities are starting to become a bit worn, but it's to be expected with so many families and kids running all over. If you want a nicer room, book the tower rooms, the heritage building is very old with thin walls, but it is really neat to stay in the heritage area. I was disappointed because all of my requests were ignored. I asked for a nice view and got the ugliest view in the place. Find it very odd they charge 10 dollars for slippers since most hotels have those. I checked on the actual Harrison Hot springs site as well and it was about half price than here on trip.com and I'm a platinum member on here so I'm starting to think Trip is overpriced here. Check your hotel site first. Also I'm almost positive that rooms booked by trip.com members are given worse hotel treatment. You're basically treated like discount welfare with trip.com

В номере нет салфеток для лица. Нет питьевой воды. Не ожидайте слишком многого. В остальном неплохо, так как мы там всего на ночь.
