Urban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

Ubicación perfecta para visitar el casco histórico, está sólo a 5 minutos andando de la catedral. La zona es tranquila, se llega con el coche y se puede aparcar en la calle.
El desayuno, muy correcto y abundante.

Ubicado en la plaza mayor con aparcamiento público. Es un edificio histórico pero las habitaciones son muy austeras sin demasiados detalles. Es demasiado para lo que es

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, enfrente a la muralla. Por ser 2 estrellas tienen un muy buen desayuno.
El único inconveniente fue que nos dieron la habitaciones esta atrás de la recepción (entiendo que es para minusválido) y el baño tenia una ventana que daba al salón del restaurante, aunque el vidrio estaba esmerilado al encender la luz se veía todo para adentro, estaría bueno que eso lo puedan arreglar.
Pero por lo demás, y repito al ser un 2 estrellas cumplió ampliamente las expectativas.

В этом отеле, принадлежащем испанскому владельцу, есть просторный номер с небольшой дверью, ведущей прямо к Римскому мосту и старому городу. Завтрак был восхитительным, а Александра была приветлива, дружелюбна и невероятно эффективна! Обед тоже был превосходным, и его определенно стоит попробовать!

Excellent other than room consta try too hot and advice to open window made little difference - it was explained that it was too early in year for air conditioning to be functioning.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Besuch der Stadt - nettes Personal - bis auf die Damen von Frühstück - frische Blumen überall - ruhig in der Nacht - Parkplatz gegen Gebühr - toller Blick vom Grundstück beim Pool auf die Gotteshäuser - Badezimmer Amaturen bräuchten eine Auffrischung - sehr gute Prudukt Qualität bei den Speisen.

An great hotel and for the quality and the price a bargain. The location is on the corner of the main plaza with the breakfast room over looking the square. Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.

Идеальное расположение в центре города. Рядом с торговым и развлекательным районом в Баррио Умедо (Старый город). Просторный, чистый номер с окном. Отличное обслуживание со стороны персонала. Время выезда в 12:00 стало приятным бонусом.
Моя единственная претензия — душевая перегородка и сам душ нуждаются в небольшом ремонте и чистке.
В остальном, очень рекомендую этот отель.

ГГостьFirstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

ГГостьThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

ГГостьAn excellent experience travelling with a dog. She had a bed, bowls and treats. Dinner was excellent and the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. A really great hotel centrally located near Cathedral and shops. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess.
The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!).
The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car.
Would definitely stay here again!

ГГостьНа территории отеля много парковочных мест. Персонал дружелюбный, услужливый и хорошо говорит по-английски, что было очень полезно, так как мы не говорим по-испански! Отель представляет собой красивое старое здание, которое было модернизировано с учетом всех обстоятельств. Наш номер был очень чистым с удобной кроватью. Душ был достаточным для нашего однодневного пребывания. По телевизору был только новостной канал на английском языке, и телевизор был старого образца, поэтому мы не могли подключить никакие дополнительные технологии. Мы поужинали в ресторане, так как идти под дождем было бы слишком долго. Еда была разумной, а домашнее вино было очень хорошим. Однако стоимость еды была сильно завышена. Я бы остановился здесь снова, но, возможно, не стал бы обедать в ресторане только из-за цены. Персонал ресторана был прекрасным.

ГГостьLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines.
Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.
