Lovely hotel on the Main Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly, breakfast was 10 pound for continental which included porridge and pancakes or 17 pounds for a full English which also included cereal, toast yoghurt etc. very happy with the choices. The room was spacious enough for a family of three with a teenager and the car park was also free for guests and right next to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Posizionato tra i boschi, molto tranquillo, pulizia eccellente e camere spaziose. Colazione ricca e gustosa. Il personale molto attento, gentile e premuroso. Unico appunto da fare è sulla qualità delle rete wi-fi nella camera 10 dove abbiamo soggiornato, wi-fi indispensabile vista la mancanza di connessione alla rete dati nella zona.

Amazing little hotel few mins walk from train station and short walk into Newquay town, close to all amenities; friendly front desk staff easy quick check in process and helpful with our luggage! Bougie chic room and the decorative style of hotel was very chic and upmarket would definitely recommend 💯

酒店在一個郊區，博得明的郊區，邊上就是一個高速服務收費站，但是收費站吃的東西很少，就是麥當勞，subway還有一個coop超市。如果要去博得明鎮上吃飯，沒有車是不行的。因為走路要2個多小時。所以照道理來説，自己外帶食物，take away food應該是很正常的。我們買好了東西準備在酒店的大堂吃，然後就來了前台工作人員説你們不能吃，我們這個地方是提供餐食的，不可以吃外帶食物，説實話，我是第一次聽到這個理由，我又不是坐在你們餐廳，大堂不能吃外賣嗎？在英國的HIX住了非常多，就碰到這家，趾高氣昂的，然後搞得像自己很有理由一樣的。其他的HIX都會讓你使用餐盤，刀叉。這邊就衹會趕人。我以為他們是想要我買他們的酒，然後我們就買了，買了之後他還是來趕人。真的是氣人，後來我覺得他應該是歧視。因為隔壁一桌就在吃披薩所以咯，看吧。

Excellent hotel, clean room, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was out of action. This is our 3rd stay and we are looking forward to comming back in the summer.

Muy buen lugar para descansar, muy céntrico y lo mejor es la vista directa al mar muy hermosa! Baño dentro de la habitación! Todo muy acogedor!

Бесплатная парковка через дорогу, много мест, где можно поесть Я попросил девушку на ресепшене - Джейн дать мне несколько советов о том, какую еду я предпочитаю, и она сделала все возможное, чтобы предоставить мне лучшие варианты. Могу сказать большое спасибо Джейн за твою помощь и позитивное и теплое отношение! Определенно могу поставить этому отелю оценку 👍👍.

A mixed experience. We booked for the pool facilities, which were great. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening - excellent food and very good service. The breakfast was good too. Some buts, though. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed, a strange electrical light show from some devices in the ceiling once we turned the lights out and a repeated electrical buzzing sound all through the night which disrupted our sleep.The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room on the second night. The floors upstairs were so bouncy that it felt like the hotel must have the underlying structure of a rickety prefab - very odd and a little unsettling. And the restaurant had no character at all - an almost sterile feel. All a bit odd. While the pool, the food and the service really were great, and the many golfers who visited were clearly delighted, some of the spaces do need a refurb and a rethink.
