So I was excited about this trip. The check in was smooth and seamless and we enjoyed ourselves. However at dinner we were overcharged (our 2 kids were charged for dinner at the price of adults). When they realised their mistake they said the only way to rectify it was to offer free lunch the next day for the kids as they could not refund us the amount. Apparently it’s irreversible. We were forced to carry take away lunch even though we didn’t intend to have lunch at the hotel  At checkout they wanted us to pay for accommodation again even though we had prepaid through trip.com. Apparently they only recognise payment through *******. Even though I presented confirmation email and voucher they still insisted that I might pay. After a long wait and verification they confirmed that we had indeed paid. This was after I had sent email with proof of payment. Pretty disappointed with the service. I have always loved sunbird

Эко-дом расположен недалеко от главной дороги, ведущей на север от Дедзы. Оплата производится в малавийских квачах. Хотя номер был маленьким, он был адекватным и очень чистым, с вентилятором и москитной сеткой. Я предположил, что занавеска для душа была бы полезна в душевой комнате, а чайник или термос с горячей водой были доступны, чтобы можно было приготовить горячий напиток либо в номере, либо в зоне для завтрака. Был предоставлен хороший завтрак. Горас и команда были невероятно любезны. Горас отвел меня на рынок, чтобы купить овощи. В целом, хорошее пребывание

I really enjoyed my stay, the place is so beautiful and there rooms are everything amazing.The customer service was great, the workers where so kind to me.The place is outside town,quite a nice place for a getaway.You can go there with friends or individually to reflect on life and just to spend quality time with self 😁.One advice l would give is do carry sleeping socks and warm sleeping wear cause somehow the rooms are cold but apart from that the place is great and the shower 🚿 has warm water and the rooms are quite clean 😁

Мне очень понравилось проживание в современных и уютных апартаментах в Лусаке, Замбия. Прекрасный дом, чистота и спокойствие, безлимитный интернет, удобное расположение в самом центре, недалеко от аэропорта и торгового центра, а также на хорошем расстоянии от делового центра. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Настоятельно рекомендую.

the lodge was very pleasant overall, however due to major gaps in the entrance door and windows there were spiders and geckos in the bedroom all the time. you could protect yourself using the mosquito net, however. breakfast wasn’t special, but the dinner options made up for it.

Такое красивое место с прекрасным видом на озеро, персонал такой гостеприимный, а владелец очень дружелюбный.

市區相對好一點的酒店，國內招待所的標準。 綠植很多，滿眼是綠色的草坪，環境不錯。旁邊有一家Noble中餐館不錯。
