Отель расположен в очень хорошем месте с прекрасным видом на пляж. Номер, который у нас был, был хорошего размера, с хорошим балконом, который позволял выходить на улицу, чтобы пообедать с видом на набережную. Единственный недостаток заключается в том, что дорога за пределами отеля довольно оживленная, так как это, по-видимому, главный маршрут через город, но когда вы находитесь внутри с закрытыми окнами, вы не замечаете движения. Персонал был дружелюбным и приятным, а в отеле был бонус в виде тренажерного зала и прачечной.

Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Staff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

The most amazing place to be at. Thank you all loved the swim, rooms,bed amazing, breakfast amazing and receptionist amazing. Thank you Pahia for an amazing weather to. We traveled up from Waipukurau for Paige Harley and Quin Belgrove wedding. Beautiful food.

Прекрасное место с очень приветливым персоналом, но вода оказалась непитьевой. Да, вы всё правильно поняли — не понимаю, как это оправдывает цену в 300 долларов за ночь и законно ли это вообще. Стейк портерхаус был невероятно жёстким для такой цены, поэтому мы отказались от завтрака за 30 долларов, решив, что, наверное, они не научились готовить за ночь. Прекрасный номер и обстановка, хотя гигантской ванной для купания пользоваться было нельзя (опять же вода). Больше сюда не вернёмся.

About the hotel itself: certainly it’s no luxury experience, but it is a solid, clean basic hotel perfectly located at the marina if you want to go snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving at poor knights or enjoy (walking at) the beautiful tutukaka coast. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear everything through the wall. However, it’s a fair value for money and there are basically no alternatives available.
