Таранаки, Новая Зеландия: отели, где есть Завтрак

В день заселения мы обнаружили волосы и пятна (грязь?) на покрывалах обеих кроватей. Однако, показав фотографии на ресепшене, мы отнеслись к этому серьезно и быстро отреагировали. Номер убрали, пока нас не было. В качестве компенсации нам предоставили бесплатный завтрак на двоих. Благодаря их позитивному настрою и оперативной реакции, мы были рады думать, что это просто случайность. Наверное, в Нью-Плимуте на второй день нашего пребывания проходили какие-то автомобильные гонки. Нас разбудил рано утром, до 7 часов, громкий шум от работающих автомобильных двигателей, которые находились совсем рядом. Открыв шторы, чтобы посмотреть, что происходит, мы с ужасом увидели множество гоночных автомобилей, выстроившихся прямо перед главным входом в отель, где проходила какая-то регистрация, как вы можете видеть, там стоял стол и несколько сотрудников, что-то делавших. Поэтому гоночные автомобили прибывали все чаще и чаще, а раздражающие шумы от двигателей и разговоры людей постоянно повторялись до 7:30 утра. Честно говоря, нас это очень расстроило! Гости, приезжающие в отель в надежде хорошо отдохнуть, не ожидали, что их разбудят так рано утром. Если они организовали подобное мероприятие, им следовало заранее предупредить об этом всех остальных гостей при бронировании, чтобы убедиться, что они готовы к этому. Поэтому, учитывая произошедшее тем утром, я не уверен, захочу ли я вернуться в это место или нет. К сожалению, я чувствовал себя неважно после того, как меня разбудили так рано постоянным шумом, и не ощутил никакого уважения к ситуации. Надеюсь, там произойдут какие-то улучшения.

Well ..Firstly..AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE APARTMENT...IT WAS LIKE...””IM INSIDE AN OVEN ”..OR IN A 😓 desert !! I went all around the apartment looking for aircon....but... Trust me....NONE... SO I am actually going through menopause...and I WAS VERY 😡 upset ..I knew this very moment....””I WONT SLEEP IN THIS HEAT TONIGHT ..hot flush n then the apartment was really really 🔥 HOT...THE temp yesterday was as high as 30°c...I have pictures as evidence ..on the Facebook community page about the temp last night or yesterday.. I KEPT ON Taking short cold showers in order to get ”:some'”” Sleep.. But yes ..It was a long frustrating night for me.. Secondly..at 11.00pm..to 1135pm.WE HAD NO WIFI... I HAD TO EMAIL .TRIP.COM.. SO AFTER 25MINS ...THE WIFI WAS TURNED BACK ON... THIRDLY...fleas in ALL BEDDINGS... WE TOOK OFF THE BEDDNGS ..N SLEPT ON THE FLOOR.. Because on the bed..the fleas were biting n I brought sheets from home .. which I always do whenever I go to any hotel .. N used it to spread it ontop just to lay down on it... Well apart from all these ..everything else was fine ... But yes ..I would NEVER BOOK ACCOMODATION without aircon ...I cannot imagine ..how is it possible 🤔 esp in an area such as taranaki ...with so much heat ...n NO AIRCON...WELL THATS ALL .. U can see the photos...it's telling u..the temperature. I'm.. NOT the only one ..who felt the heat ... It's NOT JUST ABOUT MY MENOPAUSE... THE TEMP DURING SUMMER IS UNTOLERABLE for EVERYONE!@

Signage made property easy to find. Property immaculately presented inside and out. Checkin very easy, well dressed host pleasure to deal with. Room was spotless and provided everything travellers would require. VERY tiny,teeny weeny thing- no instructions on how to use the TV! If you dont have Sky at home, and given 2 remotes , very confusing. I strongly believe that host would have solved this issue if I had asked and if I hadnt been so tired, I would have asked him. But this in NO way would stop me returning or recommending this motel to fellow travellers. 5 out of 5 rating.

The main reception was very lovely and kind and helpful assistance. The room was clean and spacious with working facilities. It was quite close to everything we needed but would have been nice to have things onsite like a larger gym and a laundromat.

Fab stay , great service the only downside was my room cards were faulty. 👍🏾

Excellent building setup. We took more than 10 minutes to cover all the areas namely reception, restaurant, garden & relaxation and easy section. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus was going to our room on the first floor using the stairs only. The front desk was however willing to call for help. Thanks.

Carpark spaces also limited, but manage to get parking slot most of the time. Very near to the coast and on higher floors, definitely can see the sea view also. It’s nearby to many dining options from cafe to restaurants and also a mini supermarket. All of these shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Good price for 5 nights. As I mentioned at reception the room service staff replaced towels that were hung up and which I was happy to use again (contrary to what it said on the card in the bathroom and is now standard practice in most hotels). That was an extra 4 towels to the laundry over 5 days for one room - this all adds up - I am just thinking of the planet and also the autolodge laundry bills!
