Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip.
For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs.
Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly.
Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere.
All staff were very kind and service minded.

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

自己有車，提前買好吃喝生活品，就會很好的。適合想住家感覺，有小廚房，衞生間乾濕分離……空調温度可控，床品舒適。沒有酒店大堂等附屬設備，有簡易早餐。跟一般美式家庭早餐差不多哈。咖啡牛奶雞蛋，有熱的燕麥……就是：你買了一些生活用品，加上行李，就舒舒服服“在家”住一樣。所以，入住之前去一次target哦，適合有孩子在附近讀書，你來長住一段時間。切記！一定要自己有車。

Delightful Inn. Quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Some parking spaces are under cover - very helpful on a snowy night for us. Friendly staff. Will return again. Close to West Harford.

We recently stayed at the Ethan Allen Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. When we walked into the lobby, we were impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained it was. There was a convenient self-serve coffee and tea station with water and all the necessary condiments, which was a nice touch.
Check-in was quick and easy. We were given a room on the first floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be very clean and spacious. Although we didn’t unpack, there was ample space for clothing and storage. A desk and chair were available, which would be useful for anyone needing to get work done. The room also included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods, teabags, and all the condiments, very convenient. The TV was a good size and worked well.
That said, the room itself is definitely in need of some upgrades. The sheers were broken and hanging off the hooks, and the privacy curtains were difficult to close. Both the curtains and sheers appeared worn and could use a good cleaning. The ceiling panels were noticeably yellowed, and while the bathroom was clean, it too showed signs of age. On a positive note, the towels were plentiful and of nice quality, and I appreciated the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
The bed was very clean and comfortable.
In summary, this hotel has many good qualities, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. However, I would love to see the guest rooms updated to better match the inviting look and feel of the lobby. I would consider staying here again, especially if room renovations were made.

ГГостьI didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

ZZiyu8598很一般的酒店，比較老舊了，這個價位性價比不高。 因為孩子去比賽，所以訂了這個酒店。 停車不免費，20/晚。寬帶免費。 最大問題是隔音非常非常差。 當日入住的人挺多，走廊司上説鬧的，隔壁房間的男生似乎喝酒了，在捶牆。牆竟然也是普通木質結構的，動靜非常大，嚴重影響休息。 酒店沒有一次性拖鞋。 下次去肯定不會預訂。

TTanveer Ahmed A RazakStayed just for night but loved it. We stayed in King room and it was big. The indoor pool was great thing too. Free parking outside the hotel and within hotel grounds was excellent. And just a 10-15 min drive to Mystic and Groton. A great stay for the price.
