Second time staying here, it was another great stay. The staff is amazing. We loved the breakfast in bed. Cool art everywhere and it’s close to lots of fun restaurants.

В центре города, окружающая среда неплохая, и объекты ничего хорошего. Из-за планирования изменения нужно проверить за день досрочно, я несколько раз общался с Trip.com бесплатно, не успел, Trip.com, похоже, заказал другой канал, нет права голоса. Когда я проверил, чтобы связаться с передним столом, официант не очень хорошо себя вел, он холодно отказался.

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

Hotel room does not look like the trip.com pictures at all. Hotel staff did not knock or ring the bell before entering the room at all. Super dangerous for solo travellers

The aircon in the room is not working; the hotel technical team is off duty, offer to change to another room immediately. thanks for the prompt action taken.

Take you for a wonderful stay. Great place. Cindy in the lobby was awesome. Loved my double shot coffee every morning.

房間乾淨整潔，公共區域也很有檔次，地段比較好。 早餐還不錯，就美國的酒店來説，選擇已經算是比較多了。 服務人員態度還可以的。

Best place to stay when ever in Arizona

Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!
