My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

Самый экономичный отель в Европе, в котором я останавливался: три люкса, просторные балконы, прекрасный вид на горы, бесплатная парковка, очень дружелюбный обслуживающий персонал и великолепная атмосфера в ресторане.

Отель находится прямо напротив центрального железнодорожного вокзала, что является огромным плюсом, если вы путешествуете на поезде. Также недалеко находятся Spar и Bipa на железнодорожной станции (единственный, который открывается по воскресеньям и поздно вечером по субботам). Номера в хорошем состоянии и очень чистые. А также вестибюль и ресторан. Администратор также очень услужливый и дружелюбный. Также заметил, что многие гости берут с собой домашних животных. Так что я предполагаю, что это отель, в котором разрешено проживание с домашними животными. Также перед вестибюлем есть станции зарядки электромобилей. Рядом находится несколько ресторанов и Billa. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель путешественникам, которые не любят останавливаться прямо в центре города. Вы можете легко доехать на трамвае до центра города или дойти пешком примерно за 20 минут.

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

Приветливое обслуживание. Отель удачно расположен, и до всего можно легко дойти пешком. После выезда я сообщил на ресепшене, что оставил адаптер в номере, так как в это время в мой номер уже заселился новый гость. Персонал был достаточно любезен, постучал в дверь номера, и мне удалось вернуть адаптер.

Отличный отель всего в 4 минутах от главного железнодорожного вокзала Граца. Совершенно новый, очень удобный и стильный номер, большого размера и с потрясающей кроватью. Отличный тренажерный зал с видом. К сожалению, во время регистрации в номере были грязные чашки. Сотрудницы на стойке регистрации очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные.

Матрас был изношен. дешевый и тонкий подушка. персонал был очень дружелюбным, хотя и завтрак был приличным качеством. Немного более свежие фрукты были бы хорошими, но не могут винить их в очень низком занятии из-за сезона. The location does not get a lot of sunlight amd you need a car if you want to dine out during off season..

Lovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.
