Всё было превосходно. Расположение отеля было очень удобным. Как только я вышел из автобуса Flix, меня сразу же встретили на стойке регистрации, очень дружелюбные и внимательные. Отель был очень чистым, особенно туалет. Он выглядел даже лучше, чем на фотографиях, которые выглядели немного устаревшими. На самом деле, ремонт был сделан относительно недавно. В целом, я остался очень доволен своим пребыванием.

The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

酒店古色古香，環境幽靜，交通也很方便，早餐品種很多，很豐盛！出去穿過一片小樹林就是海邊港口漫步道，非常舒服，早晚可以跑步，很多吃飯，喝咖啡的地方，距離市中心步行街2公里左右距離，很方便

The first hotel I see with liar and deceiving management. We mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead of 2. Just 30 minutes later we called the hotel to cancel one room. They said ok and you can ask the reception while checking in. Then reception said we need to ask our boss, every time we asked the reception they said our boss come later. As a result they postponed until we checkout the hotel. Then we received an email saying we are sorry and cannot cancel your reservation as it is due. That is our experience with this hotel.

Unsere Trip.com Buchung konnte erst nicht im System gefunden werden. Dies war aber kein Problem für die netten Damen am Empfang. Man hat uns dennoch erstmal ein Zimmer gegeben und anschließend in Ruhe alles geklärt. Sehr guter Service.

Супер мега-чистый отель ... Зал очень хороший, оборудован и расположен в очень хорошем месте все было рядом ... Для семей с маленькими детьми был большой игровой площадка просто 5-10 мин прогулка ... Люди были дружелюбны и полезны ...

I love Kiel Steigenberger Hotel! All fits perfectly, parking, breakfast (by far the best in Kiel), Room and Service. Been here many times. You can reach out by walk everything. Take the bigger rooms, like them more. Was there with Kids, and the spare sofa bed was also really high quality, not some cheap stuff.
