Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Возможность позавтракать для тех, кто не выбрал шведский стол, была просто замечательной — можно было выпить кофе и съесть тост, заплатив только за это. Мы пользовались тренажерным залом, но он оставлял желать лучшего... было холодно, а некоторые тренажеры не работали.

Все очень хорошо. Некоторая нехватка организации между приемом и уборкой. Поскольку уборщики заходят в комнату, чтобы проверить, занята ли она, это происходит в 8:15. Я подумал, что это может быть ошибка, но когда мы вернулись в номер после завтрака, то увидели тот же случай в другой комнате, тоже занятой. В остальном все идеально

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

В комнате было тихо, чисто и комфортно. Расположение также очень хорошее. Наша машина немного великовата, поэтому отель предложил нам припарковаться поблизости. Джентльмен на стойке регистрации был очень полон энтузиазма и подробно нарисовал нам карту, отметив расположение бесплатной парковки. было очень близко, и идти туда можно было всего за две-три минуты.

Отель расположен в отличном месте и удобен для путешествий. Вид с террасы просто потрясающий. Говорят, что это местное государственное предприятие. Завтрак организован хорошо и очень вкусный.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

El hotel está muy bien, es grande y la habitación que nos tocó muy cómoda. El desayuno impresionante de todo y muy rico. Las instalaciones casi que no las usamos por qué el costo del Spa era altísimo y tampoco era muy claro el tema precios y demás. Tampoco es muy clara la entrada al hotel y el estacionamiento, cosas que se mejoran con un par de carteles.
