Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes.
Areas for improvements: poor insulation for the family loft suite in Tower A and the quality of buffet breakfast at the Semeja restaurant.

Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в отеле Le Eminence. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Еда в ресторане на завтрак и обед была высокого качества. Расположение отеля обеспечивает прекрасный вид на горы, особенно из скай-лаунджа. Номер был достаточно просторным, и было здорово отдыхать на балконе с потрясающим видом на сад/территорию отеля и окружающие горы. Также было приятно совершать утренние прогулки по территории.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily.
The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay.
The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

towel, air minuman, sampah, kemas cadar boleh tukar/dapat hari-hari. room services was excellent. receptionist helpful. flight early in the morning 5 am, kami tak dapat breakfast di hotel. jadi receiptionist sediakan makanan berbungkus dan air untuk kami bawa ke airport. nasi goreng, ayam sambal, keropok, sayur memang kenyang. recommended untuk stay hotel ni. free breakfast hari-hari ada menu sama, ada juga menu yang bertukar. pilihan makanan pun banyak. facilities pun banyak. hotel near to convenience store (indomaret). grab/gojek boleh reach hotel ni, jadi nak order makanan or from/to airport boleh. sejam shj ke airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room).
After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy.
After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge.
The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom.
In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it.
It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

Моё пребывание в Crowne Plaza Bandung было поистине незабываемым. С момента прибытия и на протяжении всего процесса регистрации обслуживание было превосходным. От охранников, портье, администраторов до персонала, подающего приветственные напитки, — все встречали нас с такими искренними улыбками. Мы чувствовали себя частью большой семьи, и общение с персоналом отеля было невероятно комфортным.
При регистрации дежурный персонал даже сразу зарегистрировал меня как члена IHG Group — что было бы целой кучей проблем, если бы я делал это сам. Один этот заботливый жест уже многое говорил об их стремлении к превосходному обслуживанию.
Помимо их исключительного гостеприимства, всё, от чистоты и порядка, было просто идеальным. Наличие таких необходимых удобств, как паровой утюг с гладильной доской и фен, делало пребывание ещё более приятным. Нам также предоставили номер с потрясающим видом на горы — поистине лучшим видом!
Такие удобства, как бассейн и джакузи с прекрасным видом, а также хорошо оборудованный тренажерный зал, сыграли решающую роль в выборе этого отеля.
Еще одним преимуществом нашего пребывания стал завтрак — огромный выбор! От местных блюд до блюд интернациональной кухни — все было восхитительно. Салаты были свежими, а выбор фруктов — высочайшего качества. Фрукты были красиво выставлены в стеклянной витрине и подавались сотрудниками ресторана, а не разносились даром, что помогло минимизировать отходы. Если нужного фрукта не было видно, можно было просто попросить, и они доставали его из холодильника и нарезали специально для вас. Они даже спрашивали, не нужен ли мне йогурт к фруктам. Вот это да! Какое внимательное обслуживание!
И да, у них было просто восхитительное мороженое. Также предлагались восхитительные блюда ближневосточной кухни. Сладкие десерты были не слишком приторными и просто восхитительными. Если бы я пыталась всё здесь описать, это заняло бы целую вечность — ха-ха!
И ещё кое-что: во время посещения бассейна я поскользнулся и подвернул лодыжку. Я попросил лёд для компресса, и сотрудники службы обслуживания номеров прислали мне ведерко со льдом из ресторана и два маленьких полотенца. Такая внимательность действительно впечатлила.
Без сомнения, мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда в будущем. Ещё раз спасибо всему персоналу отеля за то, что сделали наше пребывание таким незабываемым.

PP****tya**sTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

ААнонимный пользовательIts a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it.
The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid.
The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy.
Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast.
Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound.
So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel.
However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities.
Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.

SSyarifah MasturahIt was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.
