Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.

Came here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The location is convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling around very easy. The overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The food was also good with decent variety. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

Прошло несколько дней, и мой индийский друг дважды позвонил на стойку регистрации. Получил ответы: «Вышлю как можно скорее» и «Вышлю сейчас», но на почту так и не пришло ничего…
Пишу письмо в службу поддержки отеля… ответа нет.
Затем снова позвонил через бесплатный звонок по ссылке trip.com в Countryard Hyderabad… наконец-то получил счета за 1 минуту…
Интересно, что будет с этим 4-звездочным отелем, если у него такой сервис…

Потрясающе
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

ГГостьFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs
Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times
