Я очень приятно провела время в отеле Harmony в Кампале. Номера чистые, комфортабельные и хорошо обставлены. Персонал исключительно дружелюбный и услужливый, всегда готов помочь с улыбкой. Расположение также удобное, недалеко от многих ключевых мест города. Завтрак был вкусным и хорошо приготовленным, и в целом отель предлагает хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Независимо от того, путешествуете ли вы по делам или на отдых, отель Harmony обеспечит вам спокойный и комфортный отдых в самом центре Кампалы. Настоятельно рекомендую!

Friendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.

Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

Я спросил, возможно ли, чтобы мы уехали в 12. Они сказали, что все в порядке. 11.55 утра, звонит телефон, и что я могу сказать... . Но правило таково, что я должен уехать в 12! Очень плохо! Это пятый раз, когда я в этом отеле. Сегодня номер поменьше невозможен. Если я получу этот номер первым, я больше не вернусь!!! Очень плохо!!! Мне приходится звонить каждый раз на ресепшен, потому что дверной замок не работает!
