Юта, США: отели, где есть С тренажерным залом

Отель был неплохим, соответствовал стандартам, но было много мелочей, которые испортили наше впечатление от пребывания. При заселении номер оказался очень просторным для номера с двумя двуспальными кроватями, ванная комната тоже была просторной. Набор принадлежностей был немного скудным: в ванной комнате было всего лишь одно средство для снятия макияжа, шапочка для душа и жидкое мыло. В комплекте были шампунь, кондиционер и гель для душа, но кондиционер закончился и оставался пустым два дня (я думала, что уборщики заметят и пополнят запасы), пока я не попросила администратора на ресепшене пополнить его. Что касается чистоты, на некоторых полотенцах были небольшие пятна, а в ванной комнате в ванне были пятна ржавчины и коричневые пятна, так что чистоты не было. Хуже всего было то, что когда я вошла в отель, простыни были ужасно катышковыми и жесткими, они не были мягкими и приятными на ощупь, как должны быть в отеле. Эти простыни следовало выбросить много лет назад, я бы даже у себя дома такие не оставила, они были настолько изношены, неровные и неудобные. На следующее утро я попросила на ресепшене поменять их и получила очень дерзкий и грубый ответ: «Обычно такие просьбы поступают до 9 утра, и нет гарантии, что их можно поменять» (я попросила об этом около 10 утра, еще до того, как уборщицы появились на моем этаже). Этот ответ показался мне крайне неприятным и негостеприимным, поскольку я не сама виновата в том, что простыни стали жесткими и неудобными, а просто попросила сделать свое пребывание более комфортным. К тому же, я попросила очень вежливо и не торопила их – просто хотела сделать это к концу дня или на следующий день, чтобы не спать на жестких и неудобных простынях все 5 дней моего пребывания. В итоге они их поменяли, но мне не понравился такой ответ. Через два дня уборщицы оставили грязные тряпки и несколько случайных лишних наволочек на случайных поверхностях рядом с моими личными вещами на столе и прикроватной тумбочке. Это было очень небрежно и непрофессионально, и кто знает, где были эти грязные тряпки и откуда взялись эти случайные наволочки, чистые они были или нет, рядом с моими личными вещами. Они также не закончили уборку ванной комнаты, там не хватало полотенец, и они не до конца убрали грязные полотенца. В целом, расположение было неплохим, но это был один из самых удаленных отелей от входа в национальный парк Зайон в городе. Мне понравился бассейн и рестораны поблизости. Наконец, бесплатный завтрак был простым, но хорошим, и я оценила его каждое утро перед тем, как мы отправлялись на наши приключения.

Convenient location, clean lobby and room, friendly staff, swimming pool. Flat screen TV is small, but you can connect you youtube account

The location is good for Arches national park. The room is clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

The room is spacious and clean but the A/C keep stopping working and we had to wake up midnight tried to fix it . The one reason we picked the hotel because there is a hot tub from the picture but there is no hot tub when we arrived.

The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!
