My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Номер вполне удовлетворительный, как и во всех зарубежных фаст-отелях, кроме мыла и шампуня, здесь нет зубной щетки и зубной пасты, поэтому друзьям, выезжающим за границу, стоит обратить на это внимание. Черная тетя на стойке регистрации была очень любезна. Самый ранний автобус отправляется утром в 5:00. При регистрации заезда необходимо сообщить на стойке регистрации время регистрации и количество человек. Поскольку это небольшой автобус, наш рейс отправляется в 6:50 утра. времени более чем достаточно. Недостаток в том, что отель находится рядом с дорогой и движение транспорта немного шумное. За исключением высотных зданий в Сиэтле, все они деревянные, поэтому звукоизоляция относительно плохая. При выходе на улицу безопасность стоит на первом месте, а удобство — на втором, и красный верх в принципе может ее удовлетворить. С двумя большими кроватями наша семья из четырех человек также сэкономила комнату. Очень экономично, рекомендую.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

We arrived early after long drive and they usually charge $50 for early check-in, but the receptionist was super nice and let us in. Breakfast is good! They even have the waffle machine onsite! I like their sausage gravy too!

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Я приехал в Сиэтл поздно вечером около 11 вечера на машине. Я заплатил ежедневную плату за парковку. Поскольку я уеду из Сиэтла всего через несколько часов после выезда, они сказали мне, что я не могу оставить машину в гараже до позднего вечера, потому что им нужно место. Я сказал, что заплатил «ежедневную плату», поэтому в принципе я должен иметь возможность парковать машину до позднего вечера, но они сказали мне, что нет, это мой выбор — заселиться позже, и они не могут ничего сделать, чтобы продлить мою парковку до позднего вечера. В конце концов, они разрешают мне парковаться до 14:00, что для меня слишком рано, и мне нужно полностью изменить свой план в Сиэтле из-за проблемы с парковкой. В заключение, общее отношение таково: они сожалеют, если у гостя возникнут какие-либо проблемы, но они ничем не могут помочь!!!!!

Не могли нормально спать все 4 ночи нашего пребывания, потому что скорая помощь была такой шумной каждую ночь, и нос автомобиля тоже! Если идти от вокзала до отеля, вам придется идти как минимум три квартала на каждом крутом подъеме, что мне не нравится! Туалет был таким маленьким, особенно в туалете и душевых кабинах! Кровати тоже были слишком мягкими! Прямо как в старых отелях. Абсолютно не ссылайтесь на этот отель, когда его цена почти 300 долларов за ночь!!😜😜

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this
