Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

Думаю, посреди сна в 2:30 ночи вы чувствуете движущееся насекомое на своем лице, когда вы включаете свет, чтобы проверить, что это может быть, большой таракан ползет по вашим простыням. Это меня напугало, и с того момента я не мог спать. Пожалуйста, поработайте над этим

There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

We stayed in a lovely cabin! Very clean and comfy bed!! Shower leaked a bit but dried up quickly. Bus stop was just outside the park which was easy to get to town and back (at night it’s the last stop back from town). Pool was nice and big too!

Это не отель, а типичный молодёжный хостел. Номера просторные и довольно чистые. Ночью за дверью много комаров. В хостеле указано, что вечеринки запрещены, но некоторые туристы всё равно нарушают правила. Рядом с хостелом есть бар, а на стойке регистрации можно записаться в различные туристические группы. Рядом находится супермаркет, а компании по прокату автомобилей очень удобны. Если вам нужно оставить багаж на хранение, имейте в виду, что камера хранения работает только раз в час, и вам придётся забрать его самостоятельно.

Большая кухня в лагере и чистые общественные удобства , подшипники немного маленькие, но пригодные
