We are pleased to offer you a truly whimsical treasure. Salt Box is an enchanting and quaint village home that has been tastefully renovated but still maintains its old style charm. There is a romantic covered outdoor living area that flows to a large walled backyard for privacy as well as garden entertaining. The main cottage has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and an ensuite master bedroom suite upstairs. The cottage has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with a shared bathroom and outdoor shower. A large salt water swimming pool ties the two cottages together. The old style kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, cooking utensils with a historic fireplace backdrop original from circa 1820. There are various lounging spaces which including the cozy indoor living room and the calm outdoor living room perfect for reading or having small dinner parties. The guest cottage has a small outdoor living room and outdoor eating area to have all your meals under cover overlooking the pool. Bamboo House is a fully renovated mid century cottage in the heart of the village. It is set within a completely enclosed private tropical oasis comprising a main house with 2 bedrooms and a separate shared bathroom, and two separate guest cottages each with en suite bathrooms. Each of the four bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, ample storage / closet space and double glazed sound proof sash windows with solar shades. Each of the bathrooms are bright and modern, and outfitted with Kohler fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped with white quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures and Bosch appliances - plus various coffee making options including a Nespresso machine. This quaint village home has been tastefully decorated in a perfect blend of contemporary modern style and timeless island charm. Lush outdoor tropical gardens surround the cottages and include an outdoor shower and many opportunities for relaxing and al fresco dining. Bamboo House is located on the busy end of Dunmore Street close to the intersection with Clarence Street - which is home to the famous license plate wall. Bamboo House is also equipped with a 24 hour standby generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply during your vacation. In March 2025 another 120 gallon hot water tank was added to ensure ample hot water supply for all guests.In off peak season, Bamboo House can be rented as just the main house (2 bedrooms and one separate shared bathroom), or the main house plus one guest cottage (total 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) or the main house plus two guest cottages (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Seabreeze is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10). The price quoted here is for booking the main house only. If your party is more than 6 please ask for an updated quotation to include the guest cottage. The additional rental for the guest cottage is $500/ night. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. The guest cottage is never rented out separately. We do try to be flexible on our minimum stay settings so it is ALWAYS worth asking if we can accommodate. For check-in or check-out on a Sunday we add a $200 supplement. The main house has 3 king ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 6).The guest cottage gives you an extra 2 bedrooms (1 king ensuite and 1 twin ensuite)The twin beds are trundle beds which gives us the option to pull out 2 more singles, although space will be limited. Sometimes we get requests to see if we can accommodate 11 or 12 - there is no additional charge but it just means we have the pull outs if needed.The property has a private dock and comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities. It has fantastic walkability to favorite restaurants- The Landing, The Rock House, Davine, Cocoa Coffee house and trendy bar The Elbow Room. Pink Sands beach is a quick 5 min walk away too. The cottage has a King bedroom and a loft bedroom with lounge and queen bed, a Jack and Jill bathroom is shared between them. There is also a half bathroom and a fantastic indoor/outdoor shower with gorgeous views of the bay.The kitchen, which opens up onto a covered outdoor porch, is spacious and well stocked to prepare any meals at home. Dining is either under the stars, on the sun deck on the edge of the bay, or undercover on the porch.The porch is outdoor living at its best, decked with lounge chairs and cushion clad benches, a great place to read a book, play a board game or to just enjoy the sunset from.The lounge with its comfy 3 seater couch, smart TV and windows that over look the garden, is another great place to be.We have a small library room where you will find many a good book to read or board game to play , and just off that is the small laundry that’s tucked away discreetly.
