They were kind and attentive to us, telling us about restaurants in the surrounding area. Also, the breakfast is very tasty and hearty. If you ever visit Drumheller, you should definitely stay there.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Lake Louise, which saved us from paying for expensive parking. It’s also close to stunning trails, yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, it’s conveniently near a grocery store, restaurants, and a café. I would definitely recommend this place!

До центра города можно доехать примерно за 30 минут, а магазинов в пешей доступности нет, так что придётся ехать на машине или вызывать Uber. В остальном, отличный номер (я жил в уютном номере), очень чистый, кровать большая и удобная. Бесплатные полотенца и туалетные принадлежности. На кухне достаточно посуды. В хостеле есть гостиная и комната с камином, так что места для отдыха предостаточно. Персонал также приветливый и быстро отвечает – просто напишите им или позвоните. Хорошие цены и простая процедура регистрации. Обязательно забронирую снова!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in a deluxe cabin with our 3 year old . There was an on site park but unfortunately the pool and spa hot tub was closed for our stay. There games room was open and had plenty to offer and the community room with free hot drinks. The cabin itself was great with everything you need for self catering. The bed was super comfy. We used both the fire pit for s’mores and the bbq for cooking. Beware of mosquitos - we had to buy spray. Great stay. Would return
