Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Coming Home Tucked away in the embrace of raw, untouched nature, MuseNomad Retreat is the kind of place that feels almost too beautiful to be real — like stepping into a postcard. The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me. We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. If you’re looking for a restful, heartfelt escape where nature, comfort, and kindness meet, this is the place. MuseNomad Retreat is not just somewhere we stayed — it’s somewhere we’ll remember fondly, and miss dearly.

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

Хозяин повысил категорию номера до семейного, который был очень просторным, с широкой кроватью для детей. Думаю, он идеально подойдет для семьи из трех-четырех человек или группы из трех-четырех друзей. У меня есть два предложения относительно удобств. Во-первых, шторы недостаточно хорошо блокируют свет. Не каждый гость хочет просыпаться рано, поэтому я предлагаю в будущем заменить их на более плотные шторы, хотя это и увеличит расходы. Во-вторых, расположение роутера проблематично; один индикатор постоянно мигал, что мешало мне спать по ночам. Мне приходилось отключать роутер от сети, чтобы поспать. Я бы посоветовал добавить коробку или рассмотреть более скрытое место, например, за телевизором, так как открытый роутер также влияет на эстетику. Во-третьих, ручки на дверях туалета и душевой кабины были установлены наоборот, из-за чего двери очень трудно открыть снаружи. Горизонтальную перекладину следует установить снаружи, чтобы было легче открывать двери снаружи, и чтобы люди внутри могли просто толкнуть дверь, не используя перекладину в качестве рычага. Горизонтальную перекладину на внешней стороне душевой двери также можно использовать для подвешивания полотенец. В-четвертых, комнатный сциндапсус был сильно обезвожен; листья завяли и нуждаются в дополнительном уходе. Я полил его, но, вероятно, потребуется полить еще пару раз, чтобы он восстановился. В остальном в отеле все было довольно хорошо; персонал был очень отзывчив и ответил на все мои вопросы. Во время моего визита внутренний двор находился на реконструкции. Я с нетерпением жду, когда появится более красивый сад, где я смогу посидеть и выпить кофе. В саду сейчас много разных растений, но, похоже, им нужна обрезка. Желаем вам дальнейших успехов.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime. 禾木一境小木屋的体验堪称魔幻——仅凭一扇窗就框住了整片风景，毫不费力地将户外之美引入室内。就连浴缸都拥有绝美视野，每次沐浴都成为沉浸自然的奢享。小屋配备Dyson吹风筒、地暖、智能马桶等齐全设施，处处彰显精致细节，令我们时刻感受被宠爱的温暖。 宾客服务更是无可挑剔：从抵达时友好迎宾犬在入口摇尾相待的那一刻起，我们便有了归家般的亲切。迎宾饮品与茶点搭配精致的下午茶，为入住体验奠定完美基调。餐厅推荐精准到位，让我们尝遍地道风味。夜床服务时奉上的中式甜汤作为客房惊喜，这份细腻关怀令人动容。 最令我倾心的莫过于屋里的Marshall马歇尔扬声器——让整个空间流淌着私人订制的旋律，营造出专属音乐圣殿般的氛围。临别时还收到了特别准备的新疆特色礼物，这份心意让我们倍感温暖。尽管抵达禾木时遇上下雨降温的天气，但一境的温暖体验彻底驱散了阴霾。我们在这座美妙木屋中度过的每分每秒都值得珍藏，这段回忆必将历久弥新。

На этот раз мы остановились в лагере «Встреча со звёздами» на пастбище Налати, прежде всего, ради наблюдения за звёздами и проживания на пастбище. Расположение кемпинга поистине превосходное, вдали от светового загрязнения. Ночью звёздное небо невероятно чистое, и можно даже увидеть Млечный Путь — идеальное место для любителей наблюдать за звёздами. Мы остановились в номере, предоставленном кемпингом. Честно говоря, я немного переживал из-за холода и неудобств, связанных с пребыванием на пастбище, ещё до заселения. Однако номер оказался гораздо лучше, чем я ожидал. Он был чистым и с собственной ванной комнатой. Самым большим сюрпризом стал тёплый пол! Ночью на пастбище может быть довольно холодно, но как только отопление включилось, в палатке стало уютно и комфортно, что позволило отлично выспаться. Большая заслуга в этом замечательном отдыхе принадлежит нашему дворецкому Сяопину. С самого нашего прибытия в кемпинг Сяопин был внимательным и предупредительным. Он радушно зарегистрировал нас и подробно рассказал об удобствах кемпинга и мерах предосторожности. Мы чувствовали себя как близкий друг, приветствующий нас. Его обслуживание было по-настоящему внимательным: 1. Напоминания: Погода на пастбищах может быстро меняться, и перед тем, как похолодало, он специально напомнил нам о необходимости тепло одеться. 2. Проактивное решение проблем: В самом начале у нас возникла небольшая проблема, и как только мы упомянули о ней Сяопину, он тут же связался с кем-то, чтобы разобраться и быстро решить её. Он был очень эффективен. 3. Отзывчивость: Просили ли мы хорошие места для фотосессий или просто хотели узнать больше о пастбищах, Сяопин всегда быстро и терпеливо отвечал. Он всегда был рядом, когда это было необходимо, но не был чрезмерно навязчивым, демонстрируя хорошее чувство приличия. В целом, условия в лагере «Звёздное небо» Encounter соответствовали нашим ожиданиям от проживания в пастбищах, особенно чистота и уют. Обслуживание дворецкого Сяопина стало настоящим плюсом и изюминкой нашего пребывания. Благодаря ему мы почувствовали себя как дома, а его теплота, внимание и умение решать проблемы сделали всё пребывание приятным и комфортным. Если вы собираетесь в Nalati Grassland и хотите побывать в комнатах со звёздным небом, этот лагерь стоит рассмотреть, особенно учитывая ответственного дворецкого Сяопина, который создаёт ощущение безопасности.

Fantastic location. Right above food street in old town. Great attitude of staff. Very helpful. Beautiful decoration in the rooms. Air con is under sized for the room so it needs to run all day to keep the room cool. Beds are very hard. Old Chinese style. Walkways and balconies are dusty. I know hard to keep clean as Kashgar is a dry place Definitely recommend but be aware of above
