нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в Desert Palms, уютные бунгало, в пешей доступности от города, хороший бассейн, очень дружелюбный, услужливый и гостеприимный персонал. Замечательно, что в бунгало есть хорошо оборудованная мини-кухня. Кровати могли бы быть и лучше, но в целом мы хорошо выспались.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

Good location. It's just noisy during the night; we can hear people on the street screaming. More security is needed to prevent non-customers from entering the property.

Кондиционер в номере был настроен на фиксированную температуру и не регулировался. В качестве одеяла нам дали только одну простыню, которая была довольно холодной. Мы попросили одеяло, но оно было немного старым, поэтому мы решили купить дешевое в супермаркете. Музыка играла до 23:00, так что будьте готовы. Пульта для телевизора в номере не было.

Basic, non fancy hotel but if you need just bed, shower and an electric kettle, you’re all set. Nice to sit outside within the hotel property, drink your coffee , read a book under the trees shades. But main thing is location. In the city center, walk everywhere!
