We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Мы останавливались здесь каждый раз, когда приезжали в Таупо, и всегда оставались довольны. В отеле проводились ремонтные работы, но это никак не повлияло на наше пребывание.

Very clean and has everything you need. Even has heater in the toilet and the bathtub comes with jacuzzi. Convenient parking on site. Has a balcony. Check in and check out was very quick. Location wise needs 10 min drive to town for food and 5 min drive to the lake! Can walk if you’re adventurous and weather permits. Would come back again!

Комната маленькая, но чистая, особенно ванная комната очень хорошая, в ней много горячей воды. Остановка в Туранги — это линия TAC, которая в течение одного дня пересекает Тонгариро и находится недалеко от парковки в конечной точке. Восторженный и заботливый хозяин помог организовать транспортное средство, которое отвезет нас к отправной точке похода, что позволило нам провести идеальный однодневный поход. Большое спасибо, и мы остановимся здесь снова, когда у нас будет такая возможность. Хозяин - китаец, и у него легкий контакт. Он также надеется, что на гору приедет больше соотечественников.

When l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

A tiny motel, has basic amenities. Didn't know there's a communal kitchen until we were leaving. It's a good stop over point, but most of the town closes either early or has long weekends, so make sure you have supplies beforehand. When we arrived there there was no reception, had a number and person to ring, the entrance is a bit tricky ”around the back”...yep that's exactly what it is.

Decent, clean, basic room. But the kitchen is very convenient. The bathroom was a slippery hell scape though. As soon as you turn on the shower and the floor got wet everything was insanely slippery.
