Хубэй, Китай: отели на тему «Горячие источники»

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

Can甘麗) 甘麗) who served us is outstanding and awesome. She's helped my wife and I to book 2 events and also showed us where to catch the bus around the lake to get to those events, highly recommend them!

Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)

Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

Удобства: Неплохо, отель в китайском стиле, окружающая среда с горячими источниками тоже нормальная, есть много полотенец. Гигиена: Неплохо. Если основываться на международных стандартах, то определенно есть большой разрыв. Если основываться на внутренних стандартах отелей с горячими источниками, то я думаю, что все в порядке. Гигиена горячих источников в порядке, но она не так хороша, как у лучших, но лучше, чем у худших. Обстановка: Номер был хороший, и мне повысили категорию номера, так как я был участником Ctrip Platinum. Обслуживание: Неплохо Позвольте мне рассказать о зонах, которые требуют улучшения. Среди платных товаров в номере есть товары для взрослых. Я не думаю, что их нужно размещать так явно спереди. Это нормально для пар, путешествующих вместе, но было бы неловко, если вы приводите детей или путешествуете с родителями. Кроме того, в зоне горячих источников есть 4 сауны, но когда мы туда пошли, была открыта только одна, что тоже было неловко. Запах китайской медицины в бассейне или запах цветов в бассейне с лепестками не сильный, ощущение, что принимаешь ванну в чистой воде, так что это улучшилось. Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

Номера были просторными и чистыми, красиво оформленными, а пребывание было превосходным. Это семейный отель. Похоже, внутри отеля ещё есть необустроенное пространство. Предлагаю им позаимствовать опыт других семейных отелей и сотрудничать с другими компаниями или туристическими организациями, чтобы создать небольшие игровые площадки, мероприятия и представления, которые сделают пребывание гостей более приятным. В противном случае, для местных жителей одного дня поездки из Уханя будет недостаточно, да и двух дней тоже.

可能是因為看我們帶了小孩，所以給我們把標間升級成了童趣套房。裏面小孩的遊樂設施特別多，而且房間特別大，有一張大床和一張上下鋪，裏面有很多貼心的設計，比如説高低的洗手池，花灑放置處都有高低之分，小孩子用很方便。工作人員的態度特別好，幫忙拿行李，還提出要接送，不過我們就是當散步來的就沒有接送～也嘗試了温泉！温泉有室內、室外的池，還有乾濕蒸，還是比較豐富全面的。（不過泡湯處有人抽煙，無人制止哈） 商業街雖然沒有開，但是外賣基本上都能送到，相對來説是很方便的。唯一美中不足的是早餐不是自助餐，是固定的西餐菜式，有點沒吃飽，哈哈，還是中國胃好比較喜歡吃炒粉炒麪之類的，但是早飯做的很精緻，服務員態度也非常好！所以看個人喜好吧。總之酒店的各項設施，不管是硬件還是軟件，都讓我非常的滿意～！！

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
