Fairfield Inn & Suites Aberdeen

Accessible location. Room cleaning wasn’t thorough, there was a hand towel left on the sink table and the body lotion bottle seal was broken….

Lovely walk in shower and the desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast is not worth the money-eggs are watered down. Generic sausage was like cardboard, frozen hotcakes were ice cold when just brought out by the kitchen. Coffee was good.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff was hostile, particularly towards children and seniors; they completely lacked empathy and professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel; I expected much better service from a brand like Marriott.

I enjoyed the staff and the accommodations. I was very impressed at first. The only negative was that the walls are very thin. I could hear the woman in the next room easily. It made it hard to sleep.

I only had a few issues with the stay that I didn’t complain about. One our room was hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The unit in the room was off and wouldn’t turn on. The controller on wall only had the base mounted no controller. The breakfast was horrible very bland and empty trays. Our 2nd morning we decided to go elsewhere and pay to eat. Other then those issues the stay was good.

Great room- quiet and spotlessly clean! As was the bathroom. Wonderful shower and good shower products. Comfortable bed. The property overall was so clean, fresh and new.

Overall a very comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, the pool is rather small.

Staffs Are Very Friendly, Excellent Hotel With Very Clean Room, PooL And Lobby.
