Hotel Piccolo Mondo

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night during our 5 weeks road trip around Italy. I booked this hotel through *******, so I paid in advanced the fee for the night with breakfast included and all extra fees. At the check in the lady wanted to charge me 80.00 Euros when I asked why she said it was the nightly fee. Then, I said I paid and she said that it was a rate exchange, but then I refused to paid again saying that I had paid in full to *******, then when wanted me to pay the 80 euros for breakfast, then I showed her my ******* paper proving that breakfast was included, then she really wanted me to just pay the 80 euros. I refused, but I was afraid of not having a place to stay for the night. We had to get the supervisor involved to prove that I had paid it all. After that we didn't really fell welcomed. The hotel is not bad, but the bathroom was not clean at all, bed and air all good. Breakfast as anywhere in Italy is full of sweets. We had cappuccinos and croissants. Beside the pool now there is it a cover to hide from the sun and it makes the stay comfortable. The entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult to find and there is nothing around the hotel. Not good restaurants...the city is super small and most of it closed for the summer. The hotel serves a dinner (full Italian dinner with several dishes) we didn't have dinner at the hotel, but we had coffee after. The bad thing about Italy is that people smoke a lot and they are not worry about smoking going around on people that do not smoke. The hotel does not have a smoking area. We were relieved to leave. I don't think they want foreign at the hotel, most of people were just Italians.

Parking was very tight. Bathroom door didn't close properly or lock and cleaner's were very noisy from 8am every morning. Other than that pleasant stay,friendly and clean . Also don't speak English

Sono stato a settembre 2023,le camere direi carine, e di carino c’è solo questo. Il cibo misero e di scarsa qualità,la pasta riscaldata della domenica sembrava…..per non parlare dell’animazione, che si ostinava a fare lei il karaoke,senza saper né cantare, né andare a tempo, l’impianto regolato malissimo con musica ad altissimo volume e con eco,insomma volevi scappartene)abbiamo mangiato con questi che ti gridavano nelle orecchie) 2 camerieri per 60-70 persone che, per arrivare una bottiglia di acqua o altro finivi di mangiare il piatto,(se lo finivi, appunto per la qualità). Non ci verrei neanche se mi pregassero. Brutto.Pessimo.

Le aspettative viste le recensioni e le foto erano molto soddisfacenti..ma una volta arrivati abbiamo visto che per le foto è stato usato photo shop e che tutti i servizi da loro offerti in realtà neanche mezzo era disponibile.. la navetta per il mare ROTTA, l animazione per bambini A DISTANZA DI 3KM DALLA STRUTTURA,la colazione continentale e prodotti fatti in casa (torte e crostate)UN BUFFET OFFERTO CON PRODOTTI ACQUISTATI E IMBUSTATI,camere sta letto in totale PRIVACY assolutamente non vero SI SENTE ANCHE SE IL VICINO DI STANZA VA IN BAGNO.il tovagliato sul tavolo non è mai stato cambiato per tutta la settimana.ci hanno fatto pagare il soggiorno di una settimana appena abbiamo fatto il check-in proprio perché sono a conoscenza del basso livello di permanenza.LO STAFF però sempre disponibile.

Esperienza fantastica posto incantevole tutto curato nei minimi particolari cucina calabrese eccellente accoglienza da parte del direttore il signor Roberto eccelsa sempre disponibile H24 , parcheggio comodissimo Posizione della struttura strategica per raggiungere le spiagge,le terme Luigiane e il porto turistico consigliatissimo sicuramente ritorno una vera oasi di tranquillità.

Tutto ottimo, bella accoglienza, bella esperienza. Ritornerò sicuramente con altre persone amici per far vedere e consigliare questa bellissima esperienza con una accoglienza fantastica da tutto lo staff

ottima soluzione x un fine settimana,camere pulite,personale simpatico e professionale,,,ottima cucina..addirittura il propietario ci ha raccomandato x degli sconti nei migliori lidi..che dire da ritornarci sicuramente...

Bellissimo posto , pulito , personale gentile disponibile , ottimo per passare delle giornate divertenti e spensierate, ottima organizzazione .Un ringraziamento speciale a Gigi e a tutta l’animazione , ……

Ottima accoglienza . Camera pulita. Buono il cibo, disponibili ed educato tutto il personale presente. Simpatico il dj che ha allietato con il karaoke sia i pranzi che le cene! Colazione ricca e di buona la qualità. Un ringraziamento alla signora Antonella. Un posto da consigliare.
