This home is beautifully decorated and located 2 miles from downtown Rockville, the center of the world famous Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. The county is home to three state parks (Turkey Run State Park, Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, and Shades State Park) and is just minutes from Rockville Lake Park. This home comes with numerous amenities; large dining room, large living room, kitchen with all necessary appliances, use of full size washer & dryer. This house has1,500 square feet on the first floor and 400 square feet on the second floor. Two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the second floor with a full bathroom. This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2021.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

We booked last minute but were very pleased with the accommodations. Communication was very prompt. Though it's next door to a chiropractor office, it was very quiet & parking wasn't an issue. The house was very spacious, comfortable and so very clean! We stay at multiple rentals throughout the year & this one was, by far, the cleanest! It was spotless!! From the comfy beds & furniture to the soft throws & coffee essentials, you want for nothing. All you have to bring is groceries.It's located right at the edge of town and minutes from everything.

Felt like home away from home! Instructions for check in and out were very clear and helpful. Great location to explore the covered bridges or spend the day at Turkey Run. Highly recommend this home.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend to be close to Turkey Run State Park. The VRBO is beautifully decorated and everything is updated, clean and comfortable. It was sooooo nice to have a coffee maker with coffee and condiments provided! A lot of thought went into the details - the fluffy towels, soft beds, tasteful decor, great water pressure in the shower with quality soaps and shampoos provided, and easy instructions for WiFi, TV, etc. It is a short trip to the state park and there is a nearby CVS. The hosts made us feel special with thoughtful extras to acknowledge our anniversary. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beautiful home
This house is so beautiful and cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked along with the bathroom. Everything was so clean and smelled fresh!! I would definitely stay at this beautiful home again!!!

Sisters-in-law Covered Bridge Viewing Getaway
We had an awesome time viewing the covered bridges in Parke County and this house was the perfect central location to stay in! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable! The hosts were easy to get ahold of and answered our texts right away! The town was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Near Turkey Run State Park
We enjoyed this beautiful home only minutes from Turkey Run State Park. The home has been nicely updated. The furnishings are lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is on a state road and the traffic can be heard in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
