A comfortable and safe place for people who come to the city first time. With affordable price and helpful services. But there are some mosquitoes inside.And the check in time is late than 14:00pm unless you pay more which means you have to wait for a long time if you arrive in the morning.

Great location, close to restaurants, shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The hotel restaurant also offers good-quality dinner options. Overall, I had a great stay. Things to improve: -Bed sheets: Clean, but the static electricity was a bit annoying. -Rooms: Face towels or hand towels are not provided. -Gym: A decent setup with a variety of machines, but several of them need repair or maintenance. -Breakfast: There is a good range of options, but the food was often cold (possibly because I went early). There was also no one available to make coffee before 7 am.

Amazing hotel and outstanding service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was very clean and quiet, and everything was well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely love the grand palace hotel - the people were so friendly, welcoming and kind. The location of hotel is great in the diplomatic area, with several restaurants close by. The rooms and atmosphere is boutique and authentic. The massage and sauna was great and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend this hotel! Only downside is the hotel doesn’t have much in the way of recommendations for local guides or tours, and no outside area for relaxing.

Staff is very kind and detailed oriented, rooms are big and very clean. Would definitely recommend it! Appreciate it the free airport shuttle.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Grand Palace Suites-Hotel! Everything was spot on. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were truly amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help—and the breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. The location is another big plus: very central and close to lots of shops, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily choose again. Highly recommended!
