Royal Garden Villas, Luxury Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff are wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful! Totally private villa with private pool, sun beds and cabana bed and only 35 minutes walk downhill to La Caleta where you will find lots of lovely restaurants especially if you like seafood. Lots of taxis available if you don’t fancy the 35 minute uphill walk back and only costs €5! The food in the hotel restaurant is exceptional! Also the hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Siam Park. Will 100% come back here, loved it!

We had the most wonderful week here ( our first time visiting the Canaries). As many reviews have already said from the moment you walk through the front door you step into an oasis of lovely tranquility. Every single member of staff we met were so friendly, welcoming and very professional. Fiona the manager really does deserve the many accolades she has received as she goes to great lengths to ensure she meets you and ensures you are enjoying your stay without being intrusive. The property is so well maintained and whichever villa type you choose I have no doubt you will love it. The bar has really been set for our next hotel wherever we go next! The Royal Garden Villas is exceptional, from the moment you enter, you feel a sense of peace & tranquility. Staff are exceptional, they all go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. The hotel has an exceptional manger Fiona, who creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere that both clients and staff appreciate and work in harmony. We can’t wait to return & thank you ☺️

We stayed with our 7month old for a few nights and enjoyed our time there. The hotel staff and manager were all excellent and made our stay a very pleasant one. The best service we have ever received anywhere on our travels and helped us with everything. Congratulations on such a friendly and well run hotel we had a lovely stay with you.

Outstanding! I’ve stayed in many places throughout the world, and I have to say this place Absolutely deserves five stars. We stayed in the Aqua villa which was absolutely amazing, the decor, The quality, the layout was all absolutely on point. The staff were amazing, the cleanliness and upkeep was absolutely unbeatable. Breakfast was fantastic, and we ate in the restaurant which was an exceptional meal. Even Room service was to a really high standard. I highly recommend it.

So excellent I had to dust off my trip advisor account. We travel to wide range of 5 star resorts around Europe, States and Caribbean and you expect standards to be very high which they are so I don't normally post reviews. However, when you come across an exceptional property I think it only fair and right that I add to the already excellent reviews for this Villa based Hotel. We normally head to the Caribbean for Christmas but wanted to avoid the long haul flights this year, so after considerable research we headed to Tenerife and Royal Garden Villas and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in through the Asian styled doors and looked around we were impressed, the decor (including fab Christmas decorations), cleanliness, front desk staff were excellent The walkways, the decor, spa area and our own door villa were like a tropical paradise with on hand service to match. The staff, food, restaurant were all really excellent. Breakfast each morning was such a pleasure and the staff and hotel manager Fiona made a special effort with every guest to ensure that their holiday was as special as they could make it. The New Year's Eve gala was such fun with great music entertainment and the food was of such a high standard. We are fussy but there are no improvements I can think of for this piece of paradise in Tenerife. Well done to all at the Royal Garden Villas.

I rarely write a review, just spent 10 days in This beautiful Hotel. Villa's are private and very well appointed, All the staff were lovely, helpful and went the extra mile for you, breakfast was lovely in a beautiful restaurant, we had dinner there once and it was gorgeous, service is excellent, we also had good off the room service menu. The while hotel is a beautiful tranquil oasis. There is a beautiful spar.It was hard to tear yourself away from the hotel. It is up a hill, reception will organise taxi if needed. Every thing is very clean and well run and beautiful. Just what we needed to get away from it all. There is a short cut by the golf course and a lovely bay below and plenty of places to eat. We were upgraded to a two bed villa and it was gorgeous. There is building work up from the hotel but it was really a problem, and there us a road but not really busy, you get less noise in the 2 bed villas, but we were hard push to find a thing wrong in this beautiful place and would say its a gorgeous place for a special treat, we loved it

As many have already said, this is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Tenerife with the family. We had a 2 bed princess villa near the top end of the building - quality place, really love the pool/patio area. If you’re staying more than a weekend you probably will need to do some grocery shopping - luckily there’s a Lidl and Aldi a short taxi ride away. Staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive, whilst the manager Fiona has rightfully earned many plaudits. We visited the Royal River sister hotel next door (around twice the number of villas and built in 2020, dearer also) and enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and river swim - the spa and gym are larger but the steam room was not as hot or steamy as ours in RGV ! - they do have a sauna though which RGV doesn’t. The gym room is small but actually perfectly adequate, though the multi gym probably needs upgrade or service. In room dining is pretty good but of course it ain’t cheap. You get a good night’s sleep as RGV is out of the way from La Caleta village. A walk down to La Caleta took us 20 minutes but that was via the shortcut (down through the scrubland) which I don’t recommend if you have any kind of mobility or fitness issues - it’s a 7 Euro taxi back from there, you queue up near the Corales suites across from the big pizza restaurant. We also did the whale-watching trip with Montecristo (very good), Siam waterpark (also good) and used the driving range at the excellent golf course adjacent to the RGV. I should say that there is a large construction project next to the top end of the building which is going to continue for a good while, but for the most part we didn’t find it intrusive or noisy. Happy to recommend this place and we hope to return next year.

Amazing property, we had a fantastic time at Villa Habana. A very friendly and welcoming staff. The manager Fiona is an amazing person, very professional and very nice and friendly. So many amenities at the hotel in general and in the villas.
