3/06/2024-10/06/2024 one of the good opinions is that the food in the restaurant was good, the waiters were very open and talkative. We have late check-in around 10 p.m., snacks were prepared because we missed dinner. Now bad reviewes almost all the sunbeds, especially by the children's pool, were already occupied around 7-8 in the morning, so there was no free sunbed after breakfast, the children were disappointed and we too. So we had to go to the swimming pool near the reception but there most of the blue sun loungers were in poor condition and umbrelas too. there was a lot of dust in the room, the air conditioning did not work, the floor was dirty even though the housekeeper cleaned every day but only by changing the towels. There was no door in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. There were ants everywhere in the room, even though it was reported to the reception, they did nothing about it. the water in the pool was cold, the animations were mostly in French, so we didn't understand anything. evening animations were boring, just bingo or a movie quiz, nothing interesting. the drinks in the bars are not good, they don't know how to prepare the drinks, the all inclusive drinks list is at 2-3 star hotel and there are very few of them on the list. there is no table service in the bar, you have to go to the bar, which is why there are very long queues. be prepared to pay high tourist tax, they charge about 70€ for a stay like in a 5-star hotel and tell guests that it is a 5-star hotel overall a tragedy, I will definitely not return to this hotel
