firstly if you are looking at Indian accommodation for the first time, do not rely on the TripAdvisor rating system as you will notice there are lots of Indian people who are providing one contribution only (which is a standard thing with Indian accommodation where they obviously get 100 mates and pay them two cents to do a five star review) so I would look for international contributors who have done 20 or more reviews to get a true indication. The other thing you must note is that the photos are never ever What is actually at the hotels, so don’t be disappointed when you get To a hotel you have booked and the place is a tip. This hotel just barely scraped the three out of five mark. Cold showers in both rooms that our family has, kettle doesn’t work, but otherwise it’s clean and basic, but if you just here to see the Taj Mahal, certainly acceptable for Australians who are used to $120 country motel style accommodation.

Property location was good. Staffs are very polite and cooperative. Overall stay experience was great need to improve the morning breakfast.

It’s an average hotel because of poor maintenance, food and service are ok. There are better options in agra.

I Booked this hotel, specially for their Banquet for my sister marriage as it's was newly updated with mind-blowing interiors, all the rooms was neat n clean with all basic amenities. Banquet menu was very vast and the main best part was their food quality and taste, which my guest found was very tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel and banquet hall for marriage or any other party bookings to my relatives and guest who are seeing this review

Randomly i was searching a hotel in agra nearby taj. then i booked a room here. my selection was good. Hotel was very good. Awesome service. Food quality and taste was also good. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.Also have a pool. Most important thing is that all staff behaviour was polite.Next time we would like to book again. overall stay was excellent.

This is a lovely hotel in Agra. The staff in front desk was very professional, welcoming and caring. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The showers offered nice warm showers and very comfortable bed. It is very well located, close to the Taj Mahal.

The train was a little late, so we reached Agra Fort at 7:00 and reached the hotel by 7:30 in the evening, the hotel is 7 and a half kilometers from the railway station, here you will find hotels of every range very easily, The reception of this hotel is very beautiful, the white marble floor is white sofa and the spa center is on the right inside, the restaurant is inside right in front of the main door of the hotel, where the morning breakfast is also served, the name of the restaurant is Chili Chatkara, the staff is very Well, at the reception, we met Mr. Wilson, who received all the payment from us before checking the room, and then allowed us to go inside. I was with my family, two small children were troubled in the heat, yet due to the strict rules, we had to wait at the reception, both veg and non-veg food is available, the food is well prepared, the price of the food I am attaching the photo of the menu, you will get an idea of the price after seeing the photo of the menu. The size of the deluxe category room is normal, it feels a lot of trouble to accommodate 3 people, so we booked the family suite room, in which a small room is given at the back.
