Это мы чувствовали, что меню вегетарианских блюд очень скудное и повторяющееся. Менеджер ресторана вовремя забыл мой заказ основного блюда. Средний вкус еды.

Этот очаровательный отель расположен совсем рядом с аэропортом. Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, и хорошо заботится о своих гостях. Номера чистые и просторные, и напомнили мне 5-звездочные отели 90-х годов. Хорошее место для проведения свадеб, так как у них достаточно места для организации всех различных мероприятий и т. д.
Единственный и самый большой недостаток — это планировка отеля. Я очень-очень рекомендую владельцам/руководству разместить еще один лифт и вестибюль с лестницей, так как дизайн отеля таков, что номера находятся довольно далеко от главного лифтового вестибюля, и становится хлопотно перемещаться из одного конца в другой

출장다니면서 다녔던 숙소중에 굉장히 괜찮았던거 같아요

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.

Poor lifts, very less choice of breakfast food, poor service. Unexpectly poor . Specially lifts are risky nd not level matched. Washroom had drainage issue. Water was full filled in washroom Food in room was okay no doubt. But room and gallery were smelling. Gardern is also not well maintain

I have been a regular customer here since the past 2 years only due to the location, never had a smooth & steady stay, staff always fail to take instructions or requests be it 2 days in advance or on the spot. Nobody is ever alert when you're talking, this can be room service or reception, the staff does keep changing constantly hence why could be lack of training. I'm continuously left frustrated for one reason or another and i see no benefits of being a regular customer here, i must be staying here at least every 2 months. The bathroom is ridiculous for the rent you pay, i have shared the pics. Some staff members have also been very helpful such as Ruby & some of the girls at reception. Staff in general are not rude but yes they struggle to meet needs or just get the basics right. In generalities would only recommend this stay if your desperate for the airport location as it is the only premium hotel in the area.

Very good service by Ankita. Food was served on time. Quality was good. All food was warm and fresh. Ankita did whatever was asked from us with a smiling face. I would come back again for the food and specially because of Ankita. Thanks for the food and service.

Kesar was nice. Ankita was too good in serving us Food was top. We liked the ambience. Have the warqi paratha and meen tandoori. Chicken boti kabeb was spot on too. We had a anniversary candle light dinner and almost all staff was courteous. Evening is quiet

Have stayed here before and the the standard is still of high quality. We were welcomed very warmly, rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, pillows very soft. The shower worked perfectly and bathroom very clean. Breakfast had a good selection and would definitely come again.
