Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, table tennis, washing machine. Parking on the premises. The house is very well equipped, the location is very good. The spaces are very neat and clean. The owners are lovely people.
