Lovely hotel for the price. Good location. Would definitely recommend for a cheap get away in the sun

Very reasonable price for a midweek stay in a twin bed studio just a pity no kettle for a morning cuppa big bathrooms with bath and shower and a large balcony

La ubicación del sitio está muy bien de verdad! El olor a dentro de la habitación y el pasillo de verdad qué fue muy malo. La limpieza puede ser mucho mejor también. Sino el resto bien 👌🏽

Gostei, apesar de ser 4 estrelas as instalações são um pouco antigas. Mas os funcionários são muito simpáticos e competentes.

L'hôtel est bien située , ils y as des restaurants magasins autour. L'exterieur de l'hôtel est bien équipée , magasin , salon de beauté... Ils y as tous les jours et soirs des animations , les animateurs sont super sympas. Par contre à la récèption les hôtes sont froids et pas accueillant. La chambre est sale et mal entretenu. Le congèle ne fonctionne pas. Les éviers sont bouchés. Les murs sont sales , le linge de chambre [draps , couvertures et serviettes] sont tachés. Le nettoyage des chambres est mal fait , poussière sur les interupteurs , cadres... Nous ne n'y retournerons pas dans cette hôtel . Je le recommande pas. De plus , on avais règler la somme total puis arriveée à l'hôtel on a du rajouter de l'argent pour payer un lit supplèmentaire. On était dans l'obligation de payer un lit supplèmentaire car ils ne voulaient pas que le petit dorment avec nous. Trip n'a toujours pas résolu le probĺème , je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

O hotel é grande e tem várias atrações, desde piscinas interio e exterior e animação, ginásio, parque infantil, tudo isso muito bom. Pontos positivos- limpeza impecável, simpatia dos funcionários, água quente, os pequenos electrodomésticos velhos mas funcionaram na perfeição, a TV por cabo com vários canais. Pontos negativos- os móveis são velhos, os colchões desconfortável, na receção fui atendida por uma pessoa inexperiente e estava a cobrar duas vezes o valor da cama extra, internet muito fraca, nunca conseguimos apanhar sinal durante a estadia. Muita coisa a melhorar para um bom conforto dos hóspedes.

Tres bien situé mais nous étions côté route et c’était très bruyant surtout la nuit. La 1ère nuit, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons du dormir fenêtre ouverte tellement il faisait chaud. Le mobilier est très vétuste. La baie se fermait très mal voir pas du tout (quand on fermait d’un coté c’est l’autre qui s’ouvrait). La réception est assez réactive.

Super hôtel familial avec un bon personnel très sympathique

Absolutely love this hotel my 3rd trip and be going back again..Great laughs the staff are the best, so friendly, eddie and the entertainment team you couldn't ask for better, great with people and kids.and location perfect restaurants and shops everywhere, new and old town short walk away.

I was worried about the bad reviews but I would say ignore them and don't believe everything you read. Some people will have a bad experience and immediately give a one star but you can have a bad experience in the best hotel in the world and give it a one star. This hotel is 3-4 star overall I would say. It was 9.30am when we arrived were told our room wouldn't be ready until 2pm which is fine but there's a secure luggage room to store your luggage. Reception staff are helpful and upon check in we were given an 8th floor room. The girl with the red hair (didn't get her name) offered to change our room to a ground floor as my wife was pregnant and it wasn't as long a walk which was great. The rooms are outdated but nothing different to the other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Fresh towels everyday. One thing is the pillows could be changed as they are quite lumpy but other than that no complaints. Pool area is great and good entertainment such as pool games and music everyday. Other reviews complaining about having to pay €7.50 for sunbeds but this is only a certain section where there as newer beds on a grass area but all blue and white sunbeds around the pool are free and all perfect not broken like people are saying. There is 2 people patrol the pool area if you are bringing alcohol in and will tell you that you can only buy alcohol at pool bar but you can bring minerals/water and your own snacks to the pool no problem. Spar shop on site which is very handy and also a lovely cafe called Ooh La Latte which is lovely for breakfast/brunch. Good mix of people in the hotel - couples, families, few stags and hen parties but overall everyone is respectful and we had a great week there. We will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing holiday. Staff were amazing loved their jobs and so helpful. The entertainment staff were so good with my baby boy. The baby was obsessed with the bears and always wanting to be up with them they would pick him up and do their dances with him it was very special. Couldn't recommend the entertainment staff enough. The bar staff and reception also great so helpful. We were there last year and there has been some improvement so they are obviously working on repairing the hotel. The pillows could do with an update in our room. The rooms were so spacious and has everything you need. We loved our room. It still needs some fixing up but it's still a beautiful hotel and great place to go. The only complaint really was that the all-inclusive bar down by the pool closed on the 1st October which we found very frustrating having to go up 3 floors to get food or drinks. It should be open until the hot season is over. The hotel was very busy at that stage. The hotel is very central to everything around albufeira. The spar in the hotel is very reasonable and there is also a big supermarket 5 mins up the road and McDonald's and KFC across from that. There has been a few negative reviews going around but if you can see past a few cosmetic things you will have an amazing holiday there. Well worth the stay and hope to go back again soon

Don't listen to all the bad reviews! Reading all the terrible reviews made us very anxious about coming to stay here but we are glad we did. Yes it is a little outdated but unless you are paying alot of money to stay in some luxurious hotel then this is what you will get. Pool area is great with a pool bar and snack area. We went self catering as we always do no matter where we stay so can't comment on the food Wouid definitely come back and stay here again it's great value for money.
