Travelodge Aldershot

Stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival was checked in by a very lovely lady at the reception. Room was very clean & immaculate. Gave a very nice bath to my baby after returning from our day out. The restaurant area is very nice & spacious. Staffs are helpful.

The staff members that you as an inconvenience but if you are Nepalese nothing is too much I asked at breakfast for some fruit and was just plainly told no all gone then 10 mins later around 10 of the staffs family members walk of the street more food is bought out along with more fruit these people did not pay as I did and were given cooked food and as much as they could eat I asked for an iron and was looked at as if I had just asked for a million pounds and told what now I said yes the employee then carried on eating his breakfast with family members around 30 seconds later got up and just put the iron on the bar it was just so rude it’s sad to say in this day and age but clearly if your not a certain race you will be treated differently at this hotel What a shame!

Excellent stay Binod and rezmon was awesome in desk every thing was good here lively environment will recommend here to stay for visitor Town to visit is worth good restaurants around Aldershot.Amazing service

Always good to stay here when we visit my sister. We’ll located. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Can park car overnight in car park.

I've watched the staff closely, and they are amazing. Their professionalism is incredible even with difficult people, and I've seen that, too. I would like to say thank you to the individual staff who are amazing. They are Binod, Mehek, and Pratibha from the Travelodge in Aldershot. I have travelled the country up and down and stayed in many hotels, and the level of customer care and service from these individuals has been above and beyond. I have run hotels in the past and been in similar situations, so when I see how they behave and respond to difficult problems, I always like to feed this back. I hope they get recognised for their efforts and hard work.

Good place,good ambience Vinod was helpful breakfast was good would recommend here clean rooms.Nice area to chill around.Good Asian restaurant nearby.Standard room with basic rates.Free car park in the site west gate Morrison.All great staff

Upon staying we was greeted by friendly staff at reception. Within seconds we had our key to our room. As we got into the room we immediately heard the sound of the nandos extractor fan going all night ! Not only that but we spotted mould here , mould there , mould everywhere! It made us feel so sick staying in this room. We was glad we were barely in this room during our stay as we was out in Camberley. We even found marks on our duvet. I’ve stayed here in the past and never had a problem but this time was awful !
