意外收穫超級好的一家酒店啊！！！ 村子裏最好的酒店！超級小清新！裝修的很新維護的很好！房間裏都特別温馨！很安靜！住的很舒服！可以睡的很香！酒店很好認，面對洛蒙德湖和雪山的小鎮，最好的一家酒店，鹿頭標誌很好認。 前台人很好，小鎮信號不好，進去就教了wifi密碼，攜程預訂後很快前台就收到了。在現場預訂的，體驗很好！ 晚餐和早餐都很棒！餐廳在節假日的小鎮上簡直太棒了！！！蘇格蘭早餐太美味了！ 如果你路過這裡在洛蒙德湖逗留，一定不要錯過這家酒店！超級好啊！ 一夜起來下雪了，小鎮銀裝素裹真的美極了！ 最值得一提的是早餐的可頌🥐！是酒店餐廳自己做的，家庭自製那種！真的巨好吃！比在歐洲任何烘培坊買的都好吃哈！錯過這家真的吃不到這麼好吃的了！強烈推薦！

單人入住比較合適，設施齊全沒什麼障礙。

環境舒適，靠湖。房間比較小，服務態度一般。

The staff are amazing the service and kindness Change my room as at the drop of a hat When young man realised it be difficult doing two flight of stairs The food in restaurant was beautiful I had salmon My boyfriend the haggis it was lovely to know £1.00 was donated to a school in Ethiopia Room was lovely Arran toiletries provided Bed linen amazing Just some noise from a pump a few times for a couple of seconds It would not put me off staying As staff food all amazing Breakfast served by a delightful waitress Xxxx

Good place to stay. Friendly staff and great 3 course meal in restaurant. No complaints!

The staff aee very friendly and helpful but not in your face Good variety of breakfast options. Dinner was lovely, good portions and well presented

We loved this hotel! Great lobby, beautiful fire, interesting interior design, amazing staff, great breakfast for a great price. Rooms were very comfortable, beds plush and cozy. We slept great! Easy to get to rooms from parking lot. We loved this town, beautiful walk to the water in the morning and through a gorgeous church and ancient graveyard.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful village. Everything was top shelf except the service. When I checked in, the girl at the front desk did not smile or make eye contact. Make me feel like I was bothering her. Showed me to my room and not once did I see a smile. Later in the evening, I went to have a drink. The only bar is in the dining room, but you cannot sit in there only for a drink. You must take your drink into the library. That is fine but the bartender did not smile or engage at all. In fact, he told me if I wanted another drink, I should stand at the doorway to the restaurant until someone spoke to me. I met a lovely couple in the library from England and he had no problems going into the bar to order a drink. At one point, the manager was behind the bar. Again, no smiles or welcoming behavior. This was my last stop in Scotland and the one to which I was most looking forward. I was quite disappointed as everyone else that I had encountered during my week in Scotland had been warm and welcoming. Again, the hotel and town are lovely.

A cosy and nice hotel. Service and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite what you would expect, although points to the hotel for having also something else than english breakfast. Weakest coffee we had the entire trip though. The room was great, however the matress was 20cm smaller than should be on the bed. It was also smaller than in the pictures and wasn’t that comfortable.
