Hotel need to be upgraded. Breakfast provided was good. Power outlet in the room was not sufficient.

Pleasant stay and good service from the staff especially the receptionist by the name Liza. Buffet breakfast was good and service was awesome. Only one to say the TV receiver a bit dissapointing.

The hotel is quite ok. The receptionist is very frieny. The location is quite nearby to the city center. Very easy access to hot spot in Alor Star..

Very strategic location near to aman central mall and dataran alor setar a lots chinese restaurant around the hotel. A bit dated room and bathroom for 3 nights staying the tv not working they provide buffet breakfast a simple one but tasty. What i really like is the aircond… cooling make u comfortable in this hot weather

We stayed one night in a Deluxe room. Location is close to town centre and eateries. Room is reasonable size but unfortunately only twin beds available on our dates. Facilities to place the suitcases and laptop bag is a plus point. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer are provided in the room for our convenience too. Tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water are provided. Bathroom has no dedicated shower cubicle, just shower head over the bath tub. Unfortunately the is no shower curtain! Imagine the water on the floor when we had a wash... Room was noisy, be able to hear next door conversations and TV. Breakfast is a let down compared to the other hotel nearby. Reasonable amount of free parking in front of the hotel for the guests.

Very comfortable and good hotel...my kids enjoy the bathtub...get 3 pax for breakfast and enjoy several delicious meals

Always cheap and best rooms available, spacious and nice rooms with good facilities

Room is spacious and clean for surface. Kettle in the room need to properly clean instead of just raising with water, the inner space wasn't usable as it's yellowish mark from the steel not properly being wipe off. Not able to make any in room coffee for this. TV signal was rather bad. WiFi not able to connect at all. Worst is the in room phone not working, how to call operator?!

A bit rundown. Room size was acceptable. Hot water was good. Lift a bit jerky at times. Breakfast was ok and food was ok. Definitely about time to refurbish this hotel. looks like a 2 star budget tourist kind of hotel. Didn't even bother to go to the pool. The staff are friendly and attentive though.

I like the location because it is just a walking distance to the famous Zahir Mosque in Alor Star. I ll surely come again next tine.

Value for money. Walking distance to Chinese food courts and Aman Central. The hotel is old but the room is well equipped with the necessary. Breakfast is so so but enough to fill up the stomach.

Price affordable with free breakfast for two person and room large enough for me and my wife. Location's good because near the alor setar city...

Located near Alam Sentral. Just few minutes walk to alor star tower. Near dataran alor star. Easy access to masjid

Swimming pool was a bit dirty. The hotel is very old with many old furniture. Location was good with many surrounding eateries.
