Private: property 200 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fish-processing table. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Bahnhof Altefähr" 2.3 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Nearby attractions: historische Altstadt von Stralsund 5 km. 3-room semi-detached house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. The house with the various outdoor areas was. very good. The interior design is well chosen, everything is very clean, everything in the kitchen is available. We'd love to come back

Dieses Haus hatte alles was man braucht ,Ruhe , Entspannung. Der kleine Hafen lud zum Essen ein . Wir waren sehr zufrieden auch die Enkelkinder .Gruß Fam. Geske aus Hameln-Pyrmont
