This Boutique B&B has 3 bedrooms and a GAME ROOM in the basement. 2 Kings, 2 twins, 2 futons, and couch for comfortable sleeping. Great yard for pets. Plenty of places for privacy and gathering, i.e. reading nooks and relaxing spaces. Easy access to I-40 and I-27. Fresh, modern renovations. Walking distance of 2 City parks. Oliver-Eakle neighborhood has beautiful homes and tree-lined brick streets. Close to Civic Center, Hodgetown, Wolflin Village shopping and dining, and uptown activities. Within walking distance of 2 City parks, Oliver-Eakle Park has an enjoyable fountain, nice walking paths and picnic tables and Memorial Park incorporates more activities like Pickleball courts (there is a bag of paddles & balls in the front closet), Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Splashpad (in the summer), playground, rose garden, sculpture garden, and walking paths. The perfect base for our guests to discover beautiful and historic district of Amarillo.
