A Standard Business Hotel with a Convenient Location **Rating:** ★★★★☆ I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, it’s your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While I’m happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated. Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.

Superb staff and breakfast good with good hospitality and nice rooms

Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

One of the best hotel in town. Staffs are also friendly, overall 10 out of 10 in ratings.

Gave me a feeling of a 3 Star hotel...the touch of class was missing. Small rooms. Didn't like it.

NOT FAR FROM CITY CENTRE. ONLY ABT 10 MINS BY TAXI. CONNECTED TO BEAUTIFUL LARGEST MALL WITH MANHY RESTAURANTS, CINEMA, ETC. VERY CLEAN & GOOD SERVICE.

酒店坐落在阿姆利則東郊主幹道旁，距離金廟約4公里，門口有個大Mall，十分方便。 設施：房間略小，但設施齊全。床支撐很好。網速較快。沙發挺愜意。衣櫃較大。熨斗、電吹風都是標配。淋浴出水量大，温度穩定。給的一次性用品質量適中。 衞生：酒店設施新，十分乾淨 環境：酒店內部環境不錯，外面一般。 服務：服務態度很好，響應及時。房間裏放了8瓶飲用水。早餐質量較好，選擇多，還有雞湯喝。 不到500塊錢含早，性價比很高。

Just one phrase for the entire team of Hyatt Regency, Amritsar. “True Indian Hospitality Par Excellence” ! I have been a regular visitor to Amritsar for the last 12 years, and that time we used to stay at Ista which was later acquired by Hyatt Hotels and named Hyatt Regency, but somehow after 2019 our holiday partner in Amritsar has been Taj Swarna. Regarding the property, Hyatt Regency Amritsar is a decently good city hotel with some of the amazing team heads with their magical hospitality ! And, I also rate it 5 stars in terms of location. Now coming to team: The leader and the *** behind running the show so successfully: Mr. NAVEEN YADAV: (General Manager) During our stay, he had some official travels but he very much made sure of our welcome and that his planning in making our stay GRAND beats our expectations. My family is usually welcomed in a similar manner across all the major properties in the nation but Hyatt Regency Amritsar and Mr. Yadav honestly left us mum as we entered our suite. Seeing my son having his favourite characters decorated in the suite, As a father, it was totally an Awe moment for me. I was literally in happy tears seeing my son having a great and comfy time. I owe you big time, and as a Hyatt family, I highly recommend your name to Mr. Sunjae Sharma, Mr. Lokesh Sabharwal and Mr. Jaco Le Roux to kindly consider you for bigger responsibilities and a higher position in Hyatt Family. I personally know many executive chefs across country and that's the reason I really want to have him at my second home i.e. Grand Hyatt Goa @ Jaco Le Roux. The kind of aura and skills he carries is actually unbelievable. As I am a big big foodie...I remember him saying that Sir...Don't eat Amritsari kulchas at local dhabas and famous places, I'll make you some special kulchas for breakfast and Yes Chef Satya, you were right. I chose Hyatt for their hospitality as I was travelling with my parents and wanted to ensure utmost comfort for them. Special thanks to Ms. Tsering Youdon in making my trip a successful one. She was extremely kind to stay in touch 24*7 and ensured that everything that i needed reached me within a blink of an eye.

Fiza was attentive and looked after all of us well. Service was great. She adhered to all of our requests. Looked after the children well. No request was too much trouble. The food itself was amazing, there was a great selection for the adults and kids.
