[Home Layout] Three story townhouse [entry level/1st floor] A few steps to get inside. [Main floor/2nd floor] Will require a flight of stairs to get to the main level from the entry. -living room: One futon sleeper and TV is smart only- no cable. -kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances, drip coffee pot and a dining table. Half bathroom: Toilet and sink. Split unit air conditioner in the living room only. [3rd floor] A flight of stairs to get to the 3rd floor from the main floor. Bedroom#1: Queen bed. Bathroom#2: Shower with tub. Hallway: Washer and dryer. Bedroom#2: Queen bed Bathroom#2: shower with no tub. [OTHERS] -One unassigned parking available. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Any reservation over 30 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations over 30 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities. House Rules Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc. *Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in. *Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees.
